I’m glad they emailed me about this, but I’d like to point out that I emailed them about a week ago, asking if there was a way for me to track an order if I ordered it before I made an official account with their website (because I was worried that was the reason why I didn’t get the plush when everyone else was). I never got a response. I can complain about the poor organization and unfairness of the website, but I’m more disappointed in the customer service. I understand they must have gotten a lot of emails regarding the plushes, but the fact that I couldn’t get my question (which could have been about any item I purchased) answered, makes me a little upset. I’m just a little miffed about this ordeal is all.
