You woke up that morning with a burning desire to piss more than anything else. You sprung out of bed and darted over to the bathroom to relieve yourself. After finishing up your business, you trotted over to the motel room bed. You just got snuggled back into your sheets when you heard the door open and shut. You peeked one eye open to see Sam walking into the room, little pieces of white fluff threaded into his hair.

“Please tell me that’s what I think it is?” You whispered over to the younger Winchester.

Sam nodded and said “The town is covered in it. It must’ve snowed all night and is still going now.”

You jumped out of bed and ran to the door, threw it open, and stepped into the winter wonderland that appeared over night. You smiled and twirled around in the slush. You could hear Sam laughing at you from the doorway.

“What’re you doing?” You could hear a gruff voice ask still clouded by sleep.

You turned and saw the elder Winchester rubbing his eyes and looking at you from next to his brother.

“It snowed!” You threw your arms up and smiled.

“I can see that. I’m wondering what you’re doing out there right now?”

That’s when you started to realize the absurdity of it, you standing in the middle of all that snow just wearing your pjs. You let your arms fall as another idea came to you. You walked back to motel room, breezed past both Winchester brothers and put on your shoes that you had discarded the night before and grabbed your coat, you then walked back to the doorway and pushed Dean out into the snow. You winked at Sam and slammed the door shut. You could hear the door click and then baritone laughter coming from the other side of the door. You turned to face the angry, half naked man.

“Did he just lock the door?” Dean asked as he crossed his arms over his bare chest.

You didn’t say anything, but nodded in confirmation, a smile as big as humanly possibly gracing your face.

“Oh, you’re both going to regret that, sweetheart.”

You ran as fast as you could, but Dean’s long legs were no match for you. He grabbed you by the waist and swung you around.

“Dean, let me go!”

“Never,” he said as he put you back on the ground. He kept his arms around you and pulled you into his body. “We’re just going to have to share body heat,” he mumbled into your ear.

You twisted around to face him and said “I can think of a few ways to share body heat.”

You both leaned in to share a kiss, but were interrupted by Sam, shouting from the doorway, “Hey, lovebirds, come back in before you catch your death.”

You placed a quick kiss on Dean’s lips and then ran back to the room, leading Dean by his hand.

Little Girl Hood ran into the kitchen, a single bottle of nail polish in her hands. She was on the hunt for her dad, who had promised her weeks ago that when his nails needed a fresh color, she was more than welcome to paint them. She just remembered that last night before story time, Calum had mentioned something about his nail polish chipping.

“Daddy!” She screamed as she saw him sitting at the table, you right next to him as you spoke in gentle conversation, interrupted by her loudness. Calum’s and your attention immediately turned to her as she climbed up into her chair.

“What’s up, baby girl?” Calum asked, the biggest smile on his face as he looked at her. He’d never get enough of her; she was his pride and joy from the day she was born. She could do no wrong in his eyes. Her thick, black hair and brown eyes matched her daddy, but her tiny nose came from you, along with her chin.

She was all grin as she held out the nail polish bottle to Calum, revealing a bright pink that she’d picked especially from her own collection. “You said I could paint your nails!” She was so excited, she could hardly contain herself as she plopped her butt down onto the chair.

“Hmm, I did, didn’t I?” Calum said, holding his chin in his hand as he watched her. He glanced to you once and winked at you knowingly. You laughed slightly, standing to collect breakfast plates and depositing them in the sink. You left a kiss on her head and his before you headed to start your own work for the day. “You think this color?” Calum knocked the bottle with his fingertip.

She nodded frantically, reaching for Calum’s hand and spreading out his fingers evenly so that she wouldn’t mess up. He’d remembered to scrub the last of the black nail polish off the night before, hoping his little girl had gotten his hint. She opened the glass bottle and gingerly started to paint his nails, careful to avoid his skin and the table top. By the time she was finished, she almost had more on her own fingertips from wiping away mistakes than Calum did on his fingernails.

“Wow, you did a great job, sweetheart,” Calum praised, looking his nails over approvingly and she beamed with pride. “Do you think your uncles will be jealous? Uncle Luke might need a new nail color sometime,” he reminded her. “Maybe pink for him too.”

“Yes, pink!” She agreed.

“Come here,” Calum held his arms open for her to bound into and he hugged her tightly against him, kissing her cheek over and over again until she was screaming for him to stop. “Daddy loves you, princess.”

“Love you too, daddy.” She replied before running off and screaming your name, ready to paint your nails too.
