Fifth clean sheet for Barçelona. Sad not to score any goals.
Since when do teams have 10 defenders? I MEAN, literally each and every Malaga player was defending today. I counted.
Good job Malaga
Good job Barcelona.
My 10 weeks at Farrell’s Extreme Body Shaping has been completed! I am so happy I decided to do this. I have never felt so good! I have so much energy and feel great. I eat all healthy, fresh food and drink so much water. The results were crazy and I have joined for another year so I am excited to see what the next year brings!
I can’t believe the difference in the pictures (and am a tad bit embarrassed to post them ;) ) but I really believe in this program and I think the pictures show how it truly does work. It isn’t a fad diet, it is a lifestyle change.
Here are my testing results from Week 1, Week 5 and finally Week 10!
So since I only get before and after photos, I’m taking a photo every Friday to track any small progress I’ve made to end with 10 photos altogether. Plus my true before and after photos from Farrell’s. It’s crazy. I just finished week one and on the side by side of a photo I took two weeks before in my “goal bikini” compared to one I took yesterday, you can already see that I’m a bit leaner now. It’s amazing how some intense work outs and eating clean really does the body good. I’m so about this and having a fun day is wonderful when you actually worked hard to earn it! EEEEEE.
Ever since having Jonathan, I have not been thrilled with my body. I love, love, love food. I have always tried to feed Jonathan fresh, organic, healthy food. He would choose homemade food, fruits, and veggies over fast food any day. However, I was not making those same decisions. I finally decided to do something about it.
So I started a program called Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping. This trains you to eat healthy and exercise. The workouts are 6 days a week and I chose to go at 5 am since it doesn’t interfere with my life as much that way. The workouts are awesome. We do 3 days a week of kickboxing and then 3 days a week of strength training with bands.
The eating is also amazing for me. They teach you how to eat 6 small, balanced meals a day. You do a formula with your measurements and weight and figure out how many grams of proteins and carbs per meal that you should be eating. I usually do a protein (meat or dairy product like string cheese, cottage cheese, or greek yogurt) and a fruit or a whole grain bread. Then you add your veggies into the meal. Sometimes eating every few hours is tough but I do the best I can. I also drink 100 ounces of water a day. Then 1 day a week you get a cheat day. I get to eat whatever I want!!
Yesterday was the 5 week mark. Here are my measurements from before and after:
Week 1: Week 5:
Weight: 149 Weight: 141
Chest: 37 in Chest: 34.75 in
Waist: 34 in Waist: 31 in
Arm: 13.25 in Arm: 12 in
Thigh: 22.5 in Thigh: 21.75
Hips: 40 in Hips: 40 in

I was thrilled with the results and can’t wait for my final testing in 5 weeks. I have also joined on for another year which is so exciting.
