Cute Bus Stop Guy

Sterek, Teen, 2K words, Meet Cute AU

Stiles groaned and took a very long swig from his travel coffee mug as he hitched his messenger bag up higher on his shoulder. It was barely eight in the morning, and consequently, he could barely keep his eyes open. He was a grad student for fuck’s sake, and it was understood that in order to make up for the shitty stipend and the whole working-around-the-clock thing, he got to sleep in until 10. At least. After all, if he was up until 3 working, it was only fair. But noooo, his advisor—fuck you, Finstock—had insisted on an early meeting today.

He passed the bus stop and realized that at least he was lucky in that he lived close enough to campus that he could walk instead of dealing with public transportation at rush hour. Small condolences, really, though.

He yawned and accidentally bumped into someone walking past him. Stiles tried to apologize, but the word got stuck in his throat when he opened his eyes and caught a glimpse of the person he’d nearly knocked over. He was about Stiles’ height but bigger, all broad shoulders and muscles capped off by really great hair and an unfairly attractive face. “Uh.”

The guy gave him a curt little nod and neatly sidestepped him, continuing on his way. Stiles snuck a look over his shoulder, and yep, the rear view in those tight slacks was pretty good, too. The guy stopped at the bus stop, leaning against the sign, and Stiles sighed. It was a dreamy sigh, even he could admit that.

He had a feeling he was going to become a morning person.

Summary: He is the definition of high class smart ass, swimming in Dom Pierre Pérignon champagne and has never seen the shadow of poverty. She is underprivileged, lives in a messy dorm room on sale and struggles working as an assistant after being thrown out of college. But how will they collide when Luke makes Y/N pregnant after a drunkenly one night stand?

When We Collide on Wattpad

“Cutest couple in Hollywood? My ass!” You commented loudly and looked down at the magazine in your hands, you wondered why you had even decided to invest money in it in the first place.

Your feet were resting on top of your desk while the icon of Tetris was still on your computer screen, but it was paused and your full attention was on the large front page in front of you.

“It’s all just a freaking joke.” You leaned over to grab your mug to take a sip of your almost cold tea, it had been standing there for too long and definitely not helping on your angry mood.

What are your thoughts on teen wolf? especially writing wise? I have stopped watching regularly around 3b and I wasn't too convinced by what I've seen here on tumblr about the rest of the episodes, in particular 6x10...

i will always have a special place in my heart for the characters i love that the show gave me. i still blog about teen wolf, i write fic, and i enjoyed s1-3a. saying that, i don’t particular enjoy what the show became, or look back on the experience i had as a fan with much nostalgia (i think we were v much used and abused as a fandom online, for sure). i love my part of fandom, though.

short answer about the writing… it was terrible because

1) there was a complete lack of planning and follow through

2) we love this idea/actor/theme for 30 seconds but oops now we don’t

3) they completely misused their social media as a way to a) explain away/correct plot holes in their own writing and b) encourage viewers to watch a show they implied to be many things that it turned out to… not be any of

Klangst Week: Day 1 - Unrequited

Keith rested his bruised and sore arm on the back of his chair, watching the dented and dirty armor sink into the soft material.

He leaned on it slightly, bending over in order to catch his breath. He shut his tired eyes for a few moments as he listened to his heartbeat slowly return to normal.

He had pushed himself really hard on that mission; too hard perhaps, Pidge had even pointed out that Keith had probably broken a record with the amount of Century’s he had defeated.

Pidge was sweet and all, but she wasn’t the person he had hoped would notice.

“Shiro! You were amazing! The way you blew up that ship with your lion before it could shoot down that village. We couldn’t have saved that planet without you.” Lance gushed to their leader.

Keith watched on angrily as Lance swooned over the black paladin.

“Umm… thanks, Lance. We all helped.” Shiro replied, seeming only half interested in what the Cuban had to say.

Keith scrunched the hand that was on his chair into a fist, gritting his teeth. Why did he even try with Shiro? Why couldn’t he see that Shiro wasn’t interested?

But he was. Oh, boy, Keith was. Why couldn’t lance be swooning over him instead? At least Keith would give him the time of day.

Remember to Love (Poly!Hamilsquad x Reader)

Prompt: Poly!Hamilsquad Amnesia!Reader happy ending

Summary: To forget is easy, to remember is hard
You weren’t sure who you “met” first. Maybe it had been Alex at a bar and he introduced to, he clung to that story like a lifeline. Maybe you had come up to them and just sat down and started talking, you were prone to do that after a few shots of tequila. You didn’t know you couldn’t really remember that night. You remembered the day after though.

You’d woken up between Alex and Laf warm and sated, but with a huge headache. Flashes of the night before flashes through your mind. Four guys, who were very attentive, you shivered at the memories. It had been you and them against the world since then. You loved every second of it.

Tomorrow was your two year anniversary. They each had their own, John and Alex had been together first, then they’d met Laf, and Herc had joined after a New Year party. You always did something big, this year you planned to go upstate for a few days. You had planned it all, they had all protested that you shouldn’t have to. That they would. You told them that they didn’t know the first thing about planning anything.

“But we’re so non-heteronormative, we shouldn’t conform to gender roles either.” Alex grumbled.

“How come I never hear this argument when I’m cleaning the bathroom?” You asked and he shut up rolling his eyes. Laf, Herc, and John were laughing their heads off, you continued on.

It was the night before your anniversary when someone had asked for an ice cream run. You being you went, you didn’t know what was headed your way.

The empty streets of Washington Heights were always nice to drive through. You could put your windows down and listen to the music that flooded the streets from the homes of the people that lived there. You decided then and there that moving into Alex’s apartment with the rest of your boys was the best decision you ever made.

You could see the bodega at the end of the street you were driving on. There was an intersection that was clear and so you decided to forgo the stop sign. When you got past the stop sign, like lighting, a car came out of nowhere and slammed right into you. It had been going ninety miles per hour and you never saw it coming. You could feel it though, the way your car flipped from the impact. The last thought you had, before everything went blank, was if you’d ever see your beautiful boys again.
“How long does it take to get ice cream?” Alex asked a little grumpy. Everyone had gotten a bowl, but him. You had told him you’d go get some, gently kissed his cheek and left. That had been almost an hour ago.

“You’re right, I’ll call her.” Herc said as he pulled his phone from his sweatpants. He dialed your number put it to his ear. Waited, and waited, the rings stopped, you hadn’t answered. You could still be driving, it’s what they told themselves as they waited for you to call back. You didn’t call back. Thirty minutes later the land line blared through the house. Laf rushed to the phone,”Oui, Gilbert speaking.”

The person on the other end of the line talked for a while. “Is she okay?” That got l the rest of their attention.

“She was hit by a drunk driver, she’s in the hospital.” Laf said as he hung up the phone.

Your mind was muddled with fuzzy dreams? Memories? You didn’t know, what you did know was that everything always led to the clearest memory: the crash. You were driving, bodega right in front of you and then you were flipping.

Your eyes snapped open and you jackknifed up in bed. You looked around panicked, this wasn’t your bed room, was it? No it couldn’t have been, it was completely white, and you had… What were those things called. Glass, but they had pictures on them, strange shapes you didn’t understand. Started with an ‘M’ maybe it was an ‘S’. Monitors? Screens? Those were words right, that had meaning. You decided that yes, those were the right words, and that this was not your bedroom.

Usually it was warm in your bed and you had something to cuddle. This bed was cold and so lonely. A nurse rushed inside your room, you didn’t say anything as she talked to you. Asking you questions, she seemed to do everything like a routine.

“Sweetie I need you to answer me, what’s the last thing you remember?” Your eyebrows knitted together.

“Um, I- um right before the um- uh-” what was that word dammit.

“The crash?” She asked and you nodded. She sighed and moved around doing a few more things. You didn’t really pay attention just laid back in the bed, the nurse had propped it up for you. You felt sore, and dizzy, and so confused. Why couldn’t remember past the crash. You had been so happy, so content. What had you been doing.

There was a commotion outside your room. Voices shouting and they sounded so loud, you whined and covered your ears. You closed your eyes as the noise quieted down. “She’s suffering from a head injury, she had a lot of stitches put in, and… she’s got amnesia, she might not remember you. It’ll come back if you’re lucky.”

“And if we’re not?” You heard someone ask. The voice was sleepy and tired like they stayed up past the early hours of the morning a lot. It was familiar, but you didn’t know it at the same time. The doctor didn’t answer instead opened the door to your room and four men walked in.

“(Y/n),” was that your name, it felt right, it was pretty,”Some guests came to see you.” The Doctor said and you nodded. The four men stood around you, the one with freckles looked like he’d been crying. The tall, dark, lanky man still had tears running down his face.

“Thank God, you’re okay.” The shortest of them said and rushed to your side. He grabbed his hand and you didn’t move away. You probably should, you didn’t know this man, or did you. He looked familiar though, safe, they all did. You heart was hurting at the tears that stained their cheeks. You didn’t understand why though.

“Who are you?” You asked and his face crumbled. You could tell he was the sting one, because as soon as he started to cry the others were as well. “I’m sorry, please don’t cry.” You said. You felt awful, you wished you could remember them so bad. Just to keep them from being upset. They all seemed to stop and look at you, wiping their tears.

“I’m Alex, Alexander Hamilton.” You nodded, and then winced. Flashes of someone hunched over a computer, salsa music (?), and the words clear in your head,’Take a break.’

“Are you okay?” The one with freckles asked and you nodded.

“Just a little headache.” You told him and shrugged it off.

“I’m um, I’m John Laurens.” Another flash of pain but it didn’t hurt as much. You tired to keep it under control as small fuzzy memories flashed through your mind like before. Paint, sun shining through curtains, a turtle swimming through a tank.

The other two men in the room seemed hesitant to speak, the buffer one gave you a small smile and nodded,”I’m Hercules.” More memories flashed, spinning in a beautiful dress, hot chocolate, and riding through fields on horses. The pain flashed behind your eyes, and you blinked hard to try and make it go away.

“I am Lafayette.” The man next to Hercules said and kissed the top of your hand. Food on the stove, deep kisses, and French flooded your mind. The pain from these memories was bearable the remnants of them fleeting. You only had a vague picture of each man, you still had no idea what these things meant about them, you had a feeling you once had.

“Well it’s nice to meet you all, but um can I ask how I know you?” You asked them and they all glanced at each other. Alex was rubbing the back of his neck. He had let go of your hand and you felt colder than you had before.

“Well you see, we have a very unconventional relationship.” Alex started. He looked to Herc, he was the explainer you decided. When someone had a question and didn’t understand the answer he explained it.

“We’re all together, in a romantic way.” He said and knitted your eyebrows together.

“Like I’m dating all of you, you’re dating each other, and we’re all together?” You asked and they nodded.

“Cool.” You said, it was a little overwhelming. Four really hot guys, that our your boyfriends, and you don’t remember any of them. You pulled your knees to your chest and put your head on them.

“Hey are you okay?” John asked. You shrugged, you weren’t okay. You couldn’t remember the most important people in your life.

“Let’s let her rest.” Herc said and they all filed out of the room. You didn’t want them to go, but at the same time you did. You didn’t want to be alone with no memories, but you needed time to process. You sighed and slumped in your hospital bed. You hated this.

“Hey, good news,” Alex said coming a few hours later. “They’re discharging you, and you can come home.” He smiled and you couldn’t help but smile back.

“Do we all live together or something?” You asked. He nodded and you instantly felt a little queasy. Yes these were people you cared about, but at the same time you didn’t know them at all.

“Don’t worry, we have a guest room that you can stay in if you want.” Alex said as if reading your mind, or maybe you had said that outloud. You didn’t know.

Soon you were out of the hospital and in new clothes. Apparently yours had blood and rips in them. All four boys led you to car, carefully watching your every step. It was nice, to know that they cared so much about you. The ride to the apartment was a blur, the unfamiliar streets singing kindly as you drove slowly. The windows down and as you continued into a more familiar neighborhood the music filled your ears. You closed your eyes and tapped your fingers to the familiar beat.
The first few days back home were terrible. It was like you walked into a stranger’s life. You didn’t recognize the walls of this home, the clothes in your closet, the work on your desk. It was all from a different person’s life.

You sat in the office, everyone used it. Everyone had their own little corner. Alex had a desk and a computer with books stacked around it. John had art placed in one corner. Pictures of you and the others, you would have found it a little weird if you didn’t remember you were supposed to be dating them. Hercules had dresses on hangers in the little closet. They were gorgeous and bejeweled and flowing. You wondered if you could wear one some day. Lafayette… Gilbert… the Marquis? His corner was full of junk and pile up. You thought it was a little annoying, but you couldn’t help but think how endearing it was.

Then your little part of the office. It was small and neat and you felt calm looking at it. There were playbills, and scripts, and a scrapbook. You brought the scrapbook down from its place on a shelf and sat in Alex’s chair. When you got a closer look at Alex’s desk you saw small sketches bg John and coloring pages done by you. You smiled at them.

“John, you’re so good at art, I wish I could do that.” You said as the two of you sat at the kitchen table. You were watching as he sketched you laying your head on the table.

“All you have to do is practice sweetheart.” You smiled as he said that and shrugged. The next evening John had bought you a coloring book. You had spent many nights coloring in it and sneaking into the office attaching them to Alex’s desk along with John’s sketches.
“(Y/N)? Hey you back here?” You looked up at John who had come back to check on you.

“Oh yeah, yeah, I’m fine.” You said and nodded. Then the pain came, it always did when small memories came to you. Like it did at the hospital with meeting the boys.

“Dinner’s ready.” He said and you nodded. You set the scrapbook down and walked with him to the dining table. As you were sitting down a hot and sweaty Alex stumbled in.

“I am a lawyer, a good one, i’ve written three books in one year. I should not be fixing the car. This is bullshit.” He yelled and threw a dirtied rag into the sink. You couldn’t help but stare at him. He looked really nice sweaty and in a pair of jeans and a tank top.

“Have you been down in the parking garage all afternoon?” Herc asked and Alex, and the man nodded.

“What’s wrong with it?” You asked and they all looked at each other. They hesitated and you stood. “I mean I might not be able to help, but I mean- I don’t know.” You sat back down.

“No, after dinner, we’ll go work on it.” Alex said and gave you smile. When everyone was sat down to dinner it was tense. It had been ever since you got home. It felt unnatural, to be sitting with so much pressure to act certain way, especially when you didn’t know what that way was.

“I remembered something today.” You said after you sipped your drink.

“Oh tell us about it mon ami.” Laf said and you nodded.

“It was short but it was of John. I don’t remember exactly how we got there but we were sitting here, and he was sketching something. I told him I wanted to be able to draw like he could, he told me I could if I practiced. I told him I didn’t have the patients, the next night he brought home a coloring book. I saw some of them on Alex’s desk.” You said and looked up. Your boys were smiling, whoa where did ‘your boys’ come from. Were they really still yours? Did you even want them still? Were these thoughts running through their mind?

After dinner Alex led you down to the parking garage. It was small and help only a few other cars besides your own. You walked with him to the car. He popped open the hood and secured it. You knitted your eyebrows and bit your lip looking. You didn’t know exactly what you were looking for. Then you found it.

“Got it, Alex hand me that screwdriver and some duct tape.” You said and pulled off your top leaving you in only an undershirt. You didn’t want to ruin it with grease and anything else in there. When you got the tools you wanted it was like muscle memory took over.

After a minute you pulled back, you have fixed half the problem and you didn’t know how. You had just done it, all the information running back to you like you’d never lost it. “I do this a lot, this is my job isn’t it?” You asked and Alex nodded.

“The doctor said to not tell you everything, it could fry your brain or something.” He said and shrugged. You nodded and looked back at the car. You thought for a moment and sighed.

“What if I never remember you guys. What if I just remember small bits and pieces, but never the whole thing. What if I don’t remember I love you guys? Because I do, I can feel it when you guys smile at me. Half of me doesn’t know why my heart speeds up and my breath catches. But I don’t remember why. Sure we can make new memories and I can learn again, but I want to remember the first times. The way you kissed me the first time, the first time John sketched something for me, the first time Laf took me to a museum, or the first dress Herc made for me. I want to remember it.” You and in the middle of your insecurities Alex brought you to him.

“If there’s one thing I know about you, is when you want to do something, you do it. No matter what it takes. It’ll come back, but you have to be patient, your memory may come back and you won’t even notice it.” He said and you nodded. Did he always just know what to say? Yes, he did he always knew what to say, how to comfort you and the others. It was part of his charm, he never shut up, but he always knew what to say.

“Now come on, let’s finish this and you get ready for bed. I’ve got to deal with Jefferson tomorrow.” He said and you laughed. You didn’t know who Jefferson was but you knew that was a long running joke between all of you.

“Hate the sin, not the sinner, Love.” You said and he stopped. You looked back at him and rose a brow,”What?”

“You just, you always say that.” He said and smiled, you smiled back.

It was storming, you hated storms. You weren’t sure why, but you were starting to. Every time lightning struck you caught a flash of a young you standing outside looking up at the tornado swirling in the distance. You shivered and when the next thunder clap sounded you got up from your bed in the guest room.

You walked to the boys room and you were hesitant to knock. You started to walk back and saw lightning flash through the window. You turned and knocked on the door, it opened and revealed Herc.

“Hey are you okay?” He asked and you shook your head. Then he realized something and ushered you in. “Come here, you can sleep in here tonight.” He said and helped you onto the king size bed Laf was the closest to you. John was wrapped around his side and Alex tucked into him. You snuggled yourself into Laf’s front and he opened his eyes just a crack and wrapped his arms around you.

“Mon ange, are you alright?” He whispered and you hid your face in his neck as thunder rolled. He shushed you gently and Herc joined you pressing his front to your back. Your conscious brain didn’t quite understand the difference, but your subconscious brain did. You felt safe and warm and almost instantly dropped into sleep.

It was your turn to cook tonight, it had been three weeks since the accident. You had been remembering a little bit at the time. You’d gone back to work after a week, you were on the middle of taking one of those refresher courses while assisting with the cars. Your personal life was coming back together too. You didn’t remember everything you use to do with the boys but the memories you’d made over the past three weeks were the best. Tonight they were dancing, they danced a lot.

Alex would turn on the radio to his favorite station and he and John would dance through the apartment. Herc and Laf just swaying together. You would watch and smile, you knew it was familiar, but you didn’t know your place in it.

Tonight though as Alex turned on the radio you quickly put everything in the oven and made your way to John. You smiled and put a hand on John’s shoulder. “Dance with me?” You asked and he nodded.

“Of course.” He said and spun you around. You waltzed around the open space with him. Alex stood watching you grumpily as Herc and Laf danced together as well. Soon enough you were spinning into Laf’s arms. For a moment it was like you’d never forgotten, you remembered all the nights you’d done this before. The evening spent spinning around from one pair of arms to another.

You eventually ended up in Alex’s arms,”See what I tell you.” Like he knew you’d remembered something. You kissed him slowly and deeply. Which surprised him, you hadn’t kissed any of them since the accident. It paused everything, it short circuited your brain. That in turn gave way to a tap on your shoulder. John stood there expectantly looking down at you.

“I wanna kiss too.” He whined and you laughed. You kissed him and it was blur of lips and hands and maybe a few tears. You felt better than you had in weeks.

It was your first fight. All five of you standing in the living room. You couldn’t even remember what you were arguing about. It had twisted and turned into something completely different.

“Guys let’s just calm down.” John said after taking a breath and stepping back from all of you. You turned to him,”Of course you’re just running away, like always.”

“Says the woman who can’t even remember what she does for a living.” Alex said. He hadn’t participated much in the fight. Which was strange, he lived to argue. When you turned he rolled his eyes,”Oh now she’s mad.”

That triggered it, every memory you’d ever had came rushing back at once. Even the ones you didn’t remember before. You had met Alex first, you’d met him two days before the rest. On spring break, you’d been drunk the whole week. Alex had found you charmed your pants off, convinced you to meet his boyfriends, they’d gotten you drunk and taken you home.

He’d always done this, when you friend on one of them he always pulled your attention to him. Like you were his responsibility, he was the only one who could say these kinds of things and not completely ruin things between you.

“What got nothing to say? Come on.” He said and took your hand. You pulled back and he glared. “You gonna fight?” You could feel the tension grow. You stood there, the three of them staring at you and Alex.

“No.” You said and just as you knew it would the pain in your head came with all the remembering. You were on the ground cradling your head. John was wrapping an arm around you instantly.

“What’s wrong, I- I remember, everything.” You said and you were scooped up in hugs and laughs. You remembered your beautiful boys. Everything about them, Alex’s affinity for red grapes, that Laf would only ever drink red wine with dessert, John’s love for grasshopper catching, and Herc’s shyness when singing, everything. You loved them, you remembered you loved them, why you loved them.

“I love you.”

Okay, so, I need to say some things...

I’d planned to do this as part of my review of the latest SU episode, The New Crystal Gems, when I post it this Tuesday, and I will probably mention a lot of this again then, but I’m peeved enough that I need to rant about it now.

If you plan on watching my review, and you don’t want any aspect of my opinion of the episode spoiled, then don’t read this, I guess. If you don’t mind hearing my ideas twice, though, or you don’t plan on watching the review, then let’s talk a little bit about Lapis.

“How have you—“ you started, but were cut off by Steve.

“How have you, uh,” He chuckled awkwardly, looking down and rubbing the back of his neck. His eyes travelled your body, an all too familiar, yet completely foreign sight. “How have you been? You look great.” He swallowed hard, nodding. “Yeah, you look great.” He finally made eye contact with you, his blue eyes practically lasers through yours.

A Convoluted Code

A/N: This is hours late, but here it is!

Pairing: College au! TA! Taehyung (based off of 707 of Mystic Messenger

Genre: Fluff (Soon), Comedy

Word Count: 3.2k

Summary: Technological Special Agent, Kim Taehyung, never made mistakes… until he did, and that led him to you, a mistake he couldn’t live down

It started out as just another petty job so that he could buy another computer. As if the multiple screens that surrounded him in his office plus the five laptops lying around weren’t enough for him. However, he was the best, and he required the best equipment.

The job was simple enough, hack into this guy’s phone and see if he’s cheating, but even the best make tiny mistakes.

Usually all he needed to hack into a person’s phone, laptop, and any other accounts was just a phone number, this was thanks to how connected everyone’s accounts were.

Then Taehyung could sift through what he wanted to, report back, get the money, and call it day. The customers he worked with were usually fairly prestigious, so he figured that they would be intelligent enough to write down a stupid number correctly.

And with that foolish assumption concerning the snooty, the best had made a mistake.

It was somewhere between his third caffeinated soda and second bag of chips he realized he hadn’t hacked into Seung Chanwoo’s laptop, it was yours. However, he realized this only after hacking into your laptop camera, it was then the texts he had just read from you and a Soha had finally made sense.

You: Oh btw, I can’t close it anymore

Soha: What? Why not?

You: It’ll snap right in half, and I need it until I can find the money to get a new one… or a sugar daddy that’s around my age, whichever comes first tbh

Soha: Yeah right, have fun writing your little heart out

Maybe a man and his mistress wouldn’t be talking about getting sugar daddies.

You were lucky to have the next couple of days off to relax from filming. You had invited your friends from the Vancouver area to your trailer for drinks. No one on set knew about this because majority of the cast and set members were American so they still believed that the legal age is twenty-one. Understandable given how they didn’t think about the age now due to the large gap of ages.

“Kid, get some sleep.” Jensen said pulling you into a side hug, “We want to take you out for breakfast tomorrow.”

“Sure!” You grinned feeling Jensen pressed a kiss into your hair. You played his on-screen daughter on the show.

“Bright and early.” Jared grinned as you collected what you had brought, “We’re staying in our trailers tonight so we can leave quick.”

“Okay!” You smiled before striding to your trailer that was on the far end of the lot.

Jensen and you had gotten very close since you joined the cast four years ago when you were still sixteen. You had wanted to get away from your large and intrusive family, they had wanted to since your father went to jail for countless charges of indecent exposure to young children. Slowly Jensen became the father figure you had always lacked.

“The gang is bringing the alcohol, I have snack in the trailer and everything it cleaned up inside.” You muttered to yourself while biting your lip.

You had planned to get together with your friends and had asked for visitor passes for them to hang for awhile. The set people had thought it would only females but you hadn’t corrected them because majority would be female.

“You’re a lucky kid.” Misha chuckled as you strolled past him, “I may join you for breakfast tomorrow. Have a good sleep.”

“Thanks!” You grinned as you entered your nice size trailer.

You quickly showered before climbing into a nice pair of shorts and a t-shirt while braiding your hair to get the wetness out of you face. You had just put the board games out when your trailer door opened. In came your friends Alice, Lexi, and Rachel followed by your male friends Larson, Astral, Liam and Luke.

“Got the drinks?” You asked as they all laughed before falling into the seats. Larson chuckled as he nodded before he stretched out his legs.

“You know it.”

“What should we start out with? Poker? Board game?” Rachel asked going through the games on the table.

“We did strip poker last time and I’m not prepared to bare myself again.” Alice laughed pointedly staring at her legs, “Forgot to buy more razor cartilages.

“You guys want to be Never Have I Ever or Truth or Dare?” Astral asked.

“Let’s have some fun. A little truth or dare never hurt anyone.” You laughed at the eyebrow wiggling Liam was doing at the group.

Cracking open a couple cans of your preference of alcohol you sat in a circle following the rules for the childlike game. The rule was that you would have to chug a beer if you opted out of doing a dare as told by Lexi.

“Alice…truth or dare?” Astral smirked.

“Truth.” Alice grinned.

“Have you ever wanted to hook up with a female in the room?”

“Honestly? When I first met Y/N but then I got to know her.” Alice shrugged as she popped an M &M into her mouth. You laughed pushing her in the side, “What! Your hot and I’m into girls!”

“Nice to know you wanted to jump my bones.” You cried as you drank more of your beer.

“Astral…truth or dare?”

“Makeout with Rachel.”

“What are you twelve?” Astral let out a deep chuckle before he pulled Rachel into a deep kiss that turned heated very soon.

“Okay! Moving on!” You exclaimed.

You were an hour into the game and a lot of you were majorly tipsy already that you were getting more and more daring. You weren’t backing down from any question or dare but you seriously were enjoying the alcohol that you weren’t served at cast parties as Jensen didn’t want you drinking.

“Y/N…I dare you to wear a thong for the next twenty-four hours…starting now.” Lexi hiccuped.

“I don’t have any.” You frowned. You hated thongs with a passion but drunk you didn’t give a shit.

“I just got some yesterday!” Rachel squealed, “Here.”

Rachel swiftly pulled out a package of the them making you curious as to why she was carrying thongs around with her. You burped as you stumbled into the corner where you discarded the panties you were wearing and pulled the thong on. You could feel the heated gaze of Larson staring at you more than the others.

“Okay.” You giggled as you nearly fell over as you sat down.

You moved on from Truth or Dare into board games that had you all laughing your asses off but what really go the party going was when you were having a heavy make-out session with Larson on your bed. It wasn’t something that was new, you and Larson flirted but never passed the line.

“Y/N?” A knock on your tailer door didn’t pull you apart nor did you hear it over the music. You did however feel from when Larson was roughly pulled away from you.

“What the hell?” Larson exclaimed before backing off at the height of Jared and the pissed Jensen, “Invite only.”

“Get the fuck out of this trailer. NOW!” Jensen roared watching as everyone got their stuff and ran out of the trailer. You winced feeling the pain in your head before you saw Jared give you an advil and water.

“Do you know what time it is?” Jared said as he crossed his arms at you.

“It’s SEVEN IN THE MORNING!” Jensen roared, “Have you been drinking all night?”

“Maybe.” You grunted.

“You’re not legal.” Jensen huffed.

“I’m nineteen. I’m legal in Canada.” You groaned before Jensen huffed as you were still tipsy.

“Well your not in my eyes!”

“Jensen I was having fun!”

“Having fun drinking the night away and having sex with a stranger?” Jensen retorted, “Do you know how easily it is to forget a major detail of protection when you’re wasted?”

“Dude. I didn’t have sex.”

“Y/N you’re like a daughter to me. I don’t want to see you ruining your life like this. It’s one thing to have a drink or two but getting wasted isn’t acceptable especially when people are still working on set.”

“I’m sorry.” You pouted feeling yourself sober up, “I’m so-orry Dad.”

Jensen was stunned at what you called him before you passed out in his arms with no shirt on. He swiftly yanked the shirt you had stolen from him over you and placed you into your bed still thinking of what he was called. Jared and him quickly cleaned everything up before opening a window to air out the stench of alcohol.

“Wow.” Jared whispered, “She called you-“

“I know.” Jensen said awed. He really did see you as a daughter and could careless if you called him anything but he knew you saw him as a father.

You know, thongs aren’t so uncomfortable after all.” You mumbled in your sleep. Jared and Jensen scrunched their noses up before they fought for the door.

“That’s my cue to leave.” Jensen said he left his non biological daughter sleeping her way back to being sober.

alliemackenzie28  asked:

Lance with a really high fever. Bonus points for: being confused and scared by a necessary treatment, getting carried or dragged, fainting, shaking/trembling, slowly becoming incoherent during a conversation.

I’m combining this one with @wonderingwhereileftreality‘s suggestion:  “ (i’m a multishipper in a shance mood) Lance overworks himself trying to catch up with everyone else (Bonus points if he’s secretly wants the praise of a certain sexy Space Dad) and Shiro finds him and takes care of him because “I care about your you, Lance!"

I hope it’s okay!!!

It was movie night for the Paladins. Lance had instigated it, which is why Keith didn’t understand why he was being so moody now.

“You got to watch your film last week; it’s my turn to choose, so stop pouting,” Pidge chastised. Lance looked up blearily, as if his mind hadn’t been anywhere near the topic of movie night or Pidge’s (admittedly, gorier than anyone cared for) film tastes.

“What are you waiting for; press play,” Lance instructed softly. He seemed almost asleep. His head kept falling toward Hunk’s shoulder even through just the opening credits, and by the time the actual film had started, he was out cold in the yellow paladin’s lap.

“What’s with him?” Keith whispered to Hunk.

“Shh,” Pidge shushed. “This part’s important.” She seemed upset when she turned around to see that Lance had fallen asleep. “Hey,” she said, indignant, “I stayed awake through your crummy cowboy movie; you don’t get to doze off through my choice.” She kicked him lightly from her place on the ground, and he startled awake.

“S’goin’ on?” Lance asked blearily, blinking heavily.

“You fell asleep,” Shiro replied.

“Oh, sorry, Pidge,” Lance apologized sheepishly. She nodded and turned her attention back to the screen, but Shiro didn’t take his eyes away from Lance. The blue paladin rubbed his face tiredly and pulled his jacket tighter around his torso. Shiro himself was a little warm in the heat of the crowded common room, so he pulled off his hoodie and tossed it to Lance.

“You can borrow it,” he whispered, and Lance looked grateful.

The truth was, Lance was exhausted. He’d created Paladin Family Movie Night™ before things had gotten so real. Now that he spent most of his nights awake, worrying about comparing with the other paladins, worrying about what might happen if he couldn’t compare with the other paladins–well, he usually woke up in the middle of the night and found that he couldn’t fall back asleep unless he got up and trained. So he spent most nights sparring a punching bag instead of sleeping, and most of his sleep was spent thinking about how he should be sparring a punching bag.

It wasn’t Shiro’s fault. Not in the slightest; in fact, the opposite. No one had ever made Lance feel more important or worthy than Takeshi Shiro. And that’s why he had to do this for him. He would become the best he could be, for Shiro’s sake.

Lance dozed for most of the movie. He’d managed to keep his eyes more or less open through most of it, but his focus was bleary and warm. It came as a genuine shock when the film ended and the rest of the paladins sat, looking quite pale and queasy, and Pidge asking them excitedly what they thought of it.

“It was… graphic,” Shiro said. “Lots of blood.”

“It was Hershey’s syrup!” Pidge gushed, “but you can’t even tell because it’s black and white!”

“The plot was lacking,” Hunk offered, “but I liked that they didn’t kill the dog.”

“The special effects were awful,” Keith commented. Pidge’s face fell, realizing that they had not liked her film choices at all.

“What did you think, Lance?” Pidge asked.

Lance stirred and looked at Pidge, blinking confusedly with his teeth chattering. “Super good,” he sort of shot in the dark, having missed the whole thing. He guessed that was the right answer, because she looked excited.

“At least Lance knows quality films when he sees them,” she boasted.

“Next week, it’s my turn,” Shiro said uncertainly, “But I don’t know what to choose. I haven’t seen a lot of movies. Lance,” he called, trying to perk the sleepy paladin up and get him involved in what used to be his favorite part of the week, “What’s your favorite movie?”

Lance looked confused and muttered something under his breath.

“I didn’t quite catch that,” Shiro informed. Lance just shook his head and buried his face deeper into Hunk’s shoulder.

“M’too tired to watch another,” he moaned, “I’m sorry.” He sounded way more upset than he should be for just thinking about movie choices.

“Lance? Are you feeling okay?” Shiro asked. The boy’s teeth were still chattering despite wearing Shiro’s too-big hoodie, and he hadn’t taken his face out from the crack between Hunk’s arm and the back of the sofa.

Lance muttered something about being fine, tired.

“Something’s not right,” Shiro observed. “He’s been off all evening.”

Hunk pried Lance’s face away from the couch and tried to get him to sit upright, but Lance’s body was limp and hot. He dind’t want to cooperate.

Shiro took Lance’s face between his hands and was alarmed by the heat radiating from his skin. “Keith, find a thermometer,” he instructed, “he’s got a fever.” Lance stirred a bit to look at Shiro’s face.

“Don’t be mad,” Lance pleaded. Shiro’s heart broke.

“Why would I be mad at you?” he asked gently.Lance knew that he was only so ill now because he’d been running himself into the ground, but his fevered brain didn’t understand that Shiro wasn’t following.

“S’my fault,” he replied. “I ruined movie night, and m’not even a better fighter than I was before,” he muttered.

“What are you talking about, Lance?” Shiro asked desperately.

Keith returned with the thermometer. “Coran said you have to swipe it across his forehead,” Keith explained.

“Okay, Lance, I’m going to take your temperature,” Shiro said patiently. Lance flinched away from the thermometer as it approached his face, but Shiro had his flesh hand securely around Lance’s neck and it made him feel safer. The machine beeped and Shiro cursed.

“He’s got a fever of 104.2,” Shiro informed, “This isn’t something he can just rest off.”

“He sat through the whole movie like that?” Pidge asked. “And we didn’t notice?”

Shiro supported Lance’s back as he helped him sit up. “Hey, buddy; you’re sick. Did you know that?” It was entirely possible, he thought, that maybe the bug had struck so suddenly that Lance hadn’t even had time to register what happened.

“Yeah,” Lance admitted, “M’sorry.”

“Don’t apologize,” Shiro scolded.

“You’re mad.”

“I’m not mad, just worried. I care about you,” he explained, “And I don’t want to see you sacrificing just because you think other people expect it.”

Lance nodded.

“We should get him to the med bay,” Shiro announced, and the rest of the group, quietly and guiltily, carried him there.

Genesis | Chapter 1

Twenty five weeks and three days - you’d never felt so exhausted, between work and taking care of everything in the house to prepare for the baby had taken its toll on you. Your body had changed in ways you could have never expected, the first sign was the obvious - you missed your period, you chalked it up to stress from the work load you’d taken on once your internship at a modeling agency started. When the doctor told you that you were in fact pregnant it took everything in you not to break whatever bit of sanity you had claim to - there was hesitation then acceptance. Telling your family had been harder than you had thought it would be, seeing the look of disappointment spread across the face of people you loved made your heart sink but the unwavering affection of your mother never ceased to amaze you. There was a period of time where they would consistently ask you to bring the father over so they could meet him, and once again the look of shame spread on face after face once they realized that he wouldn’t be around and you’d been knocked up by some guy who wanted nothing to do with you.

“Please…just hear me out…” Mary begs, her eyes were stern.

You raised an eyebrow at her, not saying anything.

“What they’re doing…what we’re doing it’s better. The British Men Of Letters are…well, loo I’m not blind to who they are and what they’ve done.” She looked at you when she said that.
“When?” Your Dad asked, clenching his jaw.
“When….when did you start working with them?”
“Before the lakehouse…It wasn’t Wally who gave me the case, it was them.” Mary looked down.
“Cas nearly died!” Uncle Dean shouted at her.
“I know…”
“Another Hunter died.” Dad added.
“I know. I was the one who burned his body, who told his wife… I see him die every night.”

“I’m playing three decades of catch-up here.” Mary argued, turning the subject back to herself.
“We’re not!” Uncle Dean snapped. “We’re your sons, you have a granddaughter for Gods sake!”

“I’m not just a Mom. And you are not a child.” Mary spoke through gritted teeth.
“I never was.” Uncle Dean changed his tone back to a quieter and calmer voice.

“You’ve made your choice, Mary.” You looked up when he used her real name “The doors there.”

With that Uncle Dean stepped out of the room, no doubt to his own.

You stood up with your Dad, both watching as he turned the corner.

“Sam…” Mary whispered.

“You should go.”

Dad turned to leave, but stopped to see your response, hovering in the doorway.

You gulped, not sure what to say. You didn’t trust them at all. Hell, you lived with them, you were raised among them and you still didn’t know half of what goes on. But you didn’t hate them.
They weren’t fair, kind or honest, but they were good at what they did.

“Please, you know more than any of us about the British Men Of Letters. Am I doing the right thing?” She asked, begging for someone to assure her.

Uncle Dean crept back, standing behind Dad to see what you’d say.

You avoided everyone’s gaze “The way they see it,” You spoke slowly and quietly “If you’re working with em, then you trust em. So you can’t turn back now. Don’t mess up. Cause I ain’t gonna be there to clean the stab wound in your back.”

“I’m fed up of this whole peace maker crap!” Uncle Dean’s voice made you slow down as you headed towards the main room. “You’re always playing the middle, for once just pick a side!”
He stormed out, almost walking into you. “You’re quiet when you move, anyone ever tell you that?”
You found it hard to know whether or not he was joking, but smiled awkwardly none the less. “I’m outta here.” Uncle Dean mumbled, walking away.

“He seems happy.” You sarcastically noticed, walking in on your Dad. Dad placed his phone screen-down on the table, cleared his throat and smiled at you. “Hey, Y/N. You okay?”
“Mmhmm. What’re you doing?” You nodded towards his phone.
“I’m not texting anyone!”
“You know, it works better if I accuse you first.” You smirked.

Dad looked down, sighing. “Mom.”

“I was texting Mom. She uh,” He picked his phone up and showed you the screen “She wants to meet. Say’s it’s urgent.”

“Yeah, I got that.” You hold your screen up tom showing the exact same text.

He frowned, nodding slowly. “Okay…should we go?”

You sighed “I guess.”

Dad pulled the car up, stopping in front of some sort of giant gate where Mary stood the other side. It looked a lot like one of their old temporary base camps they had scattered around the counties back in England.

You got out, sending her a suspicious frown. Mary smiled shyly “Thank you for coming.”
“What’s so urgent?” Dad asked, not buying any niceness.
“Look, Sam, Y/N…I messed up. But this. This is so much bigger than we are. We’ve got a real shot here.”
“Don’t you think I know that.” You snapped.
“Y/N, I don’t know what kind of history you have with them. But they’re not the same people you grew up with. They want to help.”
“I know. I’m not stupid.” You hissed.
“Just….imagine a world without monsters of demons-” Mary began but you finished it for her. “-or any of those little buggers that go bump in the night. Of a world where no one has to die because of the supernatural. A new world. A better world.”

“How do you know what he said?” Mary asked.
You rolled your eyes “Because he says the same bloody thing every time.”

She nodded slowly before retreating to place her hand on the lock. The gate clicked open and she stepped aside “Let me show you.”
As you walked through the camp, you wondered if your hand would still unlock the gate. Maybe it would…maybe it wouldn’t…would it even matter?

A little reluctant to show your face, you stayed close to Dad. He noticed you were more clingy than usual, but didn’t say anything.
“Look.” Mary held her hand out to the series of monitors, endless screens showing all sorts of things. This was nothing compared to what was at the Chapter House. “You do realise I’ve seen all this before.”You grumbled.
“I guess it’s me showing you what you walked away from.” Mary answered back- to your surprise.

“Sam Winchester.” Micks voice made you look away, “And Y/N Winchester-Brooks.” He smiled, clearly happy to see that you both showed up. You noticed he’d used both surnames.
“Hows the American hunting life been treating you?” He asked you, clearly wanting to separate you from your Dad.
“It’s different.” You shrugged.
Very different.” Mick agreed.
“That does’t make it bad.” You added. In fact, you preferred the way American Hunting worked, it was more fun if nothing else.

“You’re just in time for the briefing. Remember how we exterminated all the vampires in the Uk and Ireland?” Mick looked at you again.
“Guess what we’re gonna do.” He chuckled, leading the way.

You looked at Dad, as if waiting for him to say you could go on after him. Mary went on, Dad looked at you. You shrugged, “Your call.”
Sighing, he put an arm gently on your back and you headed over.

The room wasn’t particularly large, but it had a long table running through the center with some computer screens at the front. Each of which had a map on it, numbers and symbols ran along the sides.

Mary sat down, but you and Dad remained standing.

“Everyone, we’ve got a few new faces.” Mick declared.

“This is Pierce, an American Hunter. This is Sam Winchester, Mary’s son. And you all know Brooks…Y/N.”

Serena and Alton looked at you, both with unreadable expressions. “Back already, are we?” Alton questioned.
You scowled at him “Still a wimp, are we?”
“Am not.” He stood proudly, you took one stride forward towards him. Immediately he retreated a little.
“Are to.”

“We are not children.” Mick sighed “So shut up the pair of ya.”

“In the mid western region we mapped out every single location of each of the vampires,” Serena gestured towards the screen “Over a period of a few months, we’ve managed to eliminate all but,” She pressed a button and the numbers began to disappear before you all “11.”

“Wait, what?” Dad questioned, tilting his head.

“There’s a sort of underground chain of Vampires, with one a the very top-”

“The Alpha.” Dad filled in, nodding slowly.

“Exactly. We plan to eliminate every last bloodsucker in the entire country. Eventually, America will be vampire-less.” Mick explained.

As the briefing continued going into more and more details you couldn’t care less about you couldn’t help but let your mind wander. You thought you’d finally escaped the dull life that was being part of the Men Of Letters, as a kid there was no freedom. You did whatever they told you to do. You’d finally gotten out and here you were being dragged in again…of all people to be the one to take you back, it was your own family.

You weren’t against the British Men Of Letters, but you would be lying if you said you didn’t hold some sort of grudge against them. Technically, they killed your Mum….and your sister. But, technically they didn’t. There were two different perspectives and at this point you didn’t know which was worse.

Too busy staring off into space to notice the briefing was over, Mick broke you form your thoughts. “So, what do you think of our little operation?” He asked, clearly directing the question at your Dad.
“Serena and Alton are smart…Pierce is…well…pierce.”  Dad sighed, no doubt thinking a lot more than speaking.
“Y/N…Anything?” Mick raised an eyebrow. You were amazed he actually wanted to know what you thought.
You shrugged “There’s not much to say. It worked in England…so why can’t it work over hear?”

Mick nodded “I’m glad you’re as confident in it as I am.”
You stuttered, lost for words in a response. You weren’t expecting him to say that, let alone twist your words. He chuckled before leaving you be.

“You okay?” Dad asked, looking down at you.
“Sure…let’s go with that.”
He scoffed “Y/N, I’m serious. If you don’t want to be here-”

“Guys!” A worried cry interrupted him, reluctantly dragging your attentions away. Everyone huddled around the screen, watching curiously. Vampires spread out on screen, beginning to surround the buildings.

“We need to go on lockdown.” You broke the silence. Everyone sprung into action. Mary grabbed a walkie-talkie and ordered “Stand down. Do not engage.” as you ducked out of the room to go and check that the doors were all sealed up. You twisted the handles, waiting for a red light and steamed hiss to sound before moving on to the next.

After checking and double checking that they were all as secure as they could be, you raced back into the room, twisting round corners and heading straight for where the noise was. Inside, your Dad was leaning forward, holding a vampire by his neck.
“How did they even find us?!” Mick questioned.
“Calm down, you’re panicking.” You shushed him, getting a knife and laying it on the table.
“He told us. Our Father.” The Vampire laughed. You frowned, glancing at Dad.
“The Alpha.” Dad declared.
Before the Vampire could say anything else Mary swung at it with her blade in a scything motion, cleaning cutting through the neck. It fell to the floor, making Alton grimace.

It amazed you how many people had never been trained or accustomed to field-work.

“Where’s the avd?” You asked.
“In the armory. Along with most of our weapons.”
“If we put it through the vents it should take them all out.” Mary suggested, following your train of thought.
“Exactly, let’s go get it.”

“Will it kill him…will it kill the Alpha?” Mick asked. “Not wanting to be the bearer of bad news, but he does seem to be a big issue for us.”

“It’ll weaken him,” Dad piped up “But he won’t die from it.”

You watched Mick’s face as it turned to realisation. Him and Mary shared a look that said they were both thinking the same thing. You frowned.
“Where is it?” Mary asked.

After a few minutes of confused waiting Mick appears back and places down some sort of case. He unhooked the clips and opened it up, swerving it round on the table slightly to both you and your Dad could see it. “What is it?” You asked curiously, racking your brain to try and think of if you’d ever seen it before.
“The colt.” Dad answered bluntly, lifting it up in his hands delicately. His face was of amazement as he held it out in front of himself like he couldn’t quite believe it was tangible and there in front of him. “There are only five things in existence it can’t kill.”
“Geez.” You mumbled, noticing the empty barrel “Too bad it’s out of ammo.” You noted before asking “Can we make some?”

“Yeah actually we can.” Dad nodded, as if struggling to get rid of a reoccurring thought. Unable to stop it he asked “Where did you get this?”

“I stole it.” Mary admitted.

“From Ramiel…that’s what he meant when he asked.” You realised aloud.

Mary nodded “Yes…I-” But she stopped herself, maybe she knew that there was no getting out of this. You couldn’t help but feel betrayed. Cas nearly died, Ramiel offered to leave if someone owned up and yet she didn’t? You couldn’t have done that if it was you….

“Okay, uh….here’s how.” Dad began writing down on a piece of paper the instructions on how to make bullets. He thrusted it into Micks hands before picking up one of the weapons laid out on the table.
“Where’s the armory?”

“I’ll show you.” Mary decided. You grabbed a blade and followed on, Pierce did the same, calling out “I’ve got your back.”
You sighed, but didn’t question it.

Sprinting through the corridors, you came to halt, waiting in anticipation as your Dad reaches for the handle. The light changed from red to green before the door swung open. Immediately, two vampires were clawing at the open space desperately trying to get inside. Dad slammed the door back as far as it would go, holding them back. “Go!” He shouted “I’ve got em!”

Mary and Pierce nodded, racing off to go the back way. You steadied yourself, gripping the blade in your hand before looking at your Dad. “Open it.” You nodded.

He hesitated, but leaped forward trustingly, allowing the pair of bloodsuckers access. You ducked at their oncoming attack, parrying to the right then slicing through their neck. You felt the individual parts of the inside, the vessels, muscles and bones each broken by the blade as it cut through. The head fell to the floor, shortly followed by the body. You then ducked as another came straight for you. Thankfully, Dad had found his feet by then and had your back. He kicked the vampire away from you, allowing both of you time to adjust. Dad then stepped in front of you and sliced the head off.

Heavily breathing, he patted your shoulder lightly before nodding to himself “Okay, lets go.”

You both raced towards the armory, still highly aware how time was slipping away. “Dad!” You called, almost running into Mary’s collapsed body.
You knelt down next to her, holding her up a little.
“Y/N?” He turned the corner, lowering his knife at the sight. “Mom!”

“Y/N…?…Sam…?” Mary groaned, her eyes blinking awake.

“What happened?” You asked, glancing behind yourself in case of another unexpected attack. “Pierce…he…we should go.” Mary heaved herself up onto her feet, staring at the floor You followed her eye-line, falling upon the broken up avd. “Shit.” You cursed “What do we do now?”
“One problem at a time.” Dad nodded, making sure he kept calm for your sake “We deal with the Alpha first.”
“Mick’s making some bullets, we just have to tr-” Dad stopped himself.
“Trust him?” You offered, hoping your dislike for the phrase was evident in your expression.
“Yeah. Let’s go with that.” He offered a tight smile.

You crept into the room where the Alpha vampire was talking proudly. Serena was on the floor, dead eyes staring up at the ceiling, speckles of blood reflecting the light. You winced a little at the sight, you’d always liked Serena. She had guts.
Dad held the Colt up, making himself and thus you and Mary known to the Alpha.

“Sam Winchester.” He chuckled. His voice was deep and disconcerting. He had a large black trench coat over his casual-smart dress sense. His skin was dark, his eyes darker and his hands had long red nails where he could drain his victims. You grimaced at the sight, having never seen an Alpha of a species before. Maybe he liked keeping himself to himself. Who could blame him?

“You know there are only five things in existence that thing can’t kill, I’m one of them.” He declared. You watched, was that true? Surely Dad would have known…
“If that were true I’d already be dead.” Dad countered. You only hoped he was right.

“I have many many children,” The Alpha continued, pretending to ignore your Dad “What’s one or two here and there.”

“Exactly.” Dad agreed, You watched, hoping your Fathers ability to manipulate was as promising as it sounded.
“Let my daughter, my Mom and myself go. Then things can go back to the way they should be. Cops and Robbers, Hunters and Vampires a fair fight!”
Dad sounded so confident in his lie you almost believed it to.
“And the Brits?”
“Have them.” Dad snarled.

“You bastard!” Mick had obviously caught on and “attacked” your Dad.
You watched, impressed how smoothly it went. As Mick launched himself at your Father, his hand moved so Dad took hold of the bullet. Dad twisted his body, loading the gun away from the Alpha’s line of sight and threw Mick off.
He then turned back and aimed the gun once more.

The Alpha chuckled- oblivious. “You and I both know that gun isn’t loaded Sam.”

Dad smirked “Isn’t it?”

The Alpha twitched, as if going back in time and realising what had just happened. “No…” He mumbled, still coming to terms with his possible end. His eyes widened, and, as if coming to terms with his end his whole stance relaxed: “Clever. Clever boy.” He smiled.

A shot rang out through the halls: perfect aim. Straight through the alphas forehead. His body shook when waves of electricity surged through his body, jolting him to death. He collapsed- dead.

“Back later, huh?” Dean rolled his eyes at his brother.
“Getting a drink, huh?” Sam remarked, holding back a chuckle.

“When I thought something might have happened to you, I came running…nothing else really matters…” Uncle Dean turned to face his Mother. “Mom….it’s not your job to make me lunch or kiss me goodnight and I get that.” Dean turned to look at his Mum “We’re adults. And you can make your own choices or your own decisions. I don’t have to like em. I guess I’ve just gotta get used to that. Okay?”

“Yeah.” Mary smiled, proud of her boys.

The clanging of chains, made the three Winchesters turn around to see Mr Ketch as he hauled Pierce away. “Where are you taking him?” Sam asked.

“We have a way of dealing with Hunters who go rogue, they aren’t pleasant. Are they Y/N?”
You glanced up at the sound of your name, having only just arrived at the scene. You were busy putting some weapons back in the armory.
“Eh?” You scrunched up your face.
“The way in which we treat our rebellious Hunters. ie, your Mother.” Mr K said before leaving. You scowled at him even though he wasn’t looking. ‘Great’ You thought ‘that’s another awkward topic to bring up later.’

You walked over to your family, purposely avoiding their confused faces. “We going or what?” You asked, looking up,

“Uh, one moment.” Dad put a finger up and made his way over to Mick. You watched, turning back round to Uncle Dean and Mary. “Pie?” You asked Uncle Dean, making him grin and hopefully forget about awkward questions in the process.
Nodding, his eyes lit up “Pie.”

“What happened to Y/N’s Mom and sister?” Sam asked, looking Mick directly in the eye. He kept his voice low, aware you could hear if they spoke any louder.
Mick whistled “That’s a biggie. Pick one.”
“Her Mom.”
“Rebecca? Like Ketch said, she went rogue.”
“Why? How?”
“Look, it’s not my place to say what happened to Becky,” Sam noted the use of “Becky” but didn’t say anything “Ask Y/N.”
“Okay…and Max? Her twin sister right?”
“So she told you, huh?” Mick raised an eyebrow “Y/N’s had it rough. But she’s a toughie.”
“What happened to my Daughter?” Sam asked sternly. The fact that Sam reminded Mick how Max was in fact his daughter changed something slightly in Mick’s mind. “If you’re so bleeding curious why don’t you ask your other one?!” Mick snapped, making Y/N turn to look. Thankfully, she didn’t watch for long before going back to whatever conversation she was having.

“I’m just trying to make sure that you didn’t…kill her for no good reason…either of them.” Sam was struggling to talk about it. This was technically his family. Even if it never felt like it.
“They didn’t.”
They?” Sam echoed.
“Well I didn’t do it, did I?” Mick sighed.
“If I ask Y/N, she won’t tell me that you straight out killed her? There had to be a reason.”
“There was. For both cases. A perfectly good reason. Sam. Ask her.”

Sam thought about it for a while, running through the ideas in his head. Weighing ups and downs on imaginary scales before settling with his conclusion. He took in a deep breath and said it before he could stop himself.

“I’m in.” Sam nodded slowly.
“Sorry?” Mick frowned, surprised to hear it after such a conversation.
“Tonight was bad, don’t get me wrong. But the Alpha Vampire is dead. You’re changing the world and I wanna be a part of it.”
“And your brother?”
“Give me some time…” Sam paused, watching as Y/N laughed with her Uncle. He felt a shimmer of guilt try and surface. “Aren’t you gonna ask about Y/N?”

Imagine finding out something amazing with Chris.

A/N: Part 4! Let’s call this one the calm before the storm. 😏 You can read the previous parts here: (‘Charlotte Rose’ - Part 1/Part 2/Part 3) and (‘Drunk Minds, Sober Hearts’; 'Baby Fever’; 'Memory Lane’; and 'Little Ones’ - Masterlist) Enjoy. X

You’d entered the kitchen with your phone against your ear and a print of your completed script in your hand. You were on the phone with Alex, discussing the meetings he’d line up for you that day. You’d finally finished after months of hard work and were up to meeting with production companies and their chosen directors to make your pitch and hear theirs, as well as decide on who you wanted to trust with 'Charlotte Rose’ as it was a script that meant a lot to you. You’d already declined numerous production companies and their directors with only one company left; 'Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’. You were hoping things would work out, otherwise you were going to have to revisit or put the script aside until the right director came along.

The story was about Charlotte Rose, a blind violinist, who traveled the world inspiring those with disabilities aspiring to be musicians. You’d gotten the idea on your last day in Rome while you were on your romantic trip with your husband. You were checking out of the hotel when you heard beautifully played music coming from the hotel’s café. You’d always loved the melodies that violins offered, so you left Chris to deal with the bags while you made a detour.

It surprised you when you saw that the musician was blind, but what surprised you even more was how kind and positive she was when you spoke with her. You didn’t have a lot of time to speak with her as your cab was waiting for you, but by the end of the ten minute conversation, you’d decided Rosita’s story was one worth telling. You told her you were a screen wright and asked if she would be okay with you loosely basing a story around her. She was very touched by the offer and even gave you her contact detail if you ever needed to ask her any questions about anything. Other than you and Chris, she was the only other person who got to review your script the second you were done with it; you’d personally read the whole thing from cover to cover and recorded it like an audiobook just for her, because without her, you wouldn’t have a story to tell.

“Bud, you can’t just eat all the marshmallows and not the cereal.” You heard Chris tell your son and you looked over at them, chuckling softly while listening to Alex. “You have to eat it all,” Chris pushed the bowl back towards Jack who’d pushed it away after he claimed he was finished with.

“But Daddy, the marshmallows are the only parts I like.” Jack pouted when Chris pointed at the bowl, facials informing your son he had no choice but to finish it. “Fine,” he huffed and picked up his spoon again, passive-aggressively clinking his spoon against his plastic bowl as he ate his- most likely soggy- cereal.

You tuned back into your phone call when you heard Alex ask for your confirmation, “yeah, I’m going to head over now.” You said and Chris looked up at you with narrowed eyes; he, too, had a meeting he had to leave for now. “See you in a bit,” you bid Alex goodbye then hung up.

“Hey, babe?” Chris called from the dining table.

“Hm?” You hummed; you were too busy gathering your materials to look up at him.

“Are you headed out?” He quizzed and you looked up.

“Yeah,” you nodded as you walked over to kiss your boys goodbye. Jack giggled and squirmed away when you tried to give him a playfully loud smack on the cheek, whereas Chris turned his head to have you meet his lips instead. “I’m going to need you to drop Jack off at preschool today, I’ve got a meeting to run to.” You told him and he pressed his lips together. “What?” You felt your eyes narrow at his expression.

“I’ve got a meeting to run to too,” he answered with a wince. “We’re meeting the writer today to try and convince him or her to give us the movie rights. I told you the other night and you said…” He trailed off when he saw realization pool in your eyes and heard you cuss under your breath. “I’m meant to be leaving now, I just thought I’d help get Jack through breakfast seeing as you were still on the phone with Alex.”

“Oh my God, Chris,” you covered your mouth, “I honestly forgot.”

“You know what, it’s fine.” He chuckled and quickly tried to calm things when he saw you start to run a hand through your hair; an obvious tick when you were stressed out. “I’ll call them and tell them I’m going to be la-”

“No,” you shook your head, letting out a quick breath. “I’ll drop Jack off, you go to your meeting.” Chris tried to argue, but you didn’t give him a chance. “It’s fine, babe. You can’t be late for yours whereas I can afford to because they’re trying to win me over.” You chuckled when he did. “Just go, I’ll see you later.”

“I love you,” he quickly pecked you on the cheek as he got to his feet.

“I love you too,” you smiled and gave him a small wave as he rushed for the front door, disappearing around the corner and down the hallway. “Good luck, Captain,” you called, “you’re going to nail it!”

“You too, sweetheart!” You heard him call back then the front door slam shut.

• • • • • • • •

You spotted Alex waiting outside the restaurant as you pulled into the parking lot. You winced when you saw him tap at his watch and quickly mouthed a “sorry” even though he probably couldn’t see what you were saying. You got out of the car, grabbing your bag and files as you did, and made your way over to him.

“I am so sorry, Alex,” you told him and he chuckled softly; he knew you had a hectic schedule so he couldn’t be too mad at you. “Chris had a meeting to get to and I had to drop Jack off at preschool and there was a huge-”

“Don’t worry about it,” Alex cut you off with a smile. “They’re surprisingly understanding at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Most of them are parents themselves, so they understand what life is like with kids. Plus they’re all so interested in working with you that you could’ve left them waiting an extra hour and they’d still bend over backwards to get you to sign your script over to them.” You chuckled softly at that. “You’re fine, now let’s go in.” He said and led you inside. “I think you’re going to be very happy with the director they’re offering, it’s someone you’ve been wanting to work with for a while now.”

“I think you should know by now that a name isn’t all that’s going to win me over,” you responded with a chuckle and he nodded, sighing. You’d declined a few big names over the past few days, some you’d dreamed about working with since you started in the industry. “I need to know that I can trust the person with my work, Alex. I’m passionate about telling the story right, so if the director can’t meet my vision then- I’m not going to say yes.”

“I know. But trust me,” Alex bit back his smile as he stopped in front of the door of the private room. “This director is definitely going to meet your vision. He’s got a very unique mindset, one that I believe matches yours perfectly. In fact, I’d say he is worthy of being your soulmate.” He commented and you felt your eyes narrow in confusion. You’d no clue what he was talking about, nor were you in the right mind to figure it out; pregnancy brain was kind of kicking your ass a little. “You’ll see what I mean in a second.” He pushed the door open and stepped aside, holding out an arm to gesture you in first. “After you, Y/N.”

You walked into the room and felt your jaw drop at the sight of your husband sitting amongst a small group of men and women. “Chris?” You narrowed your eyes at him; he looked up at you and felt his own jaw drop. “What is happening here?” You asked as you turned to Alex, who was trying his utmost best not to laugh at your reaction.

“This is why they wouldn’t mention names,” Chris mumbled to himself then smiled when he realized what this meant; you were the mysterious nameless writer they wanted him to work with. “Oh my God,” he slapped his knee, grinning excitedly. “I can’t believe I’m finally going to be able to work with my wife.”

“As you can see, your director will be Chris Evans if you choose to sign on with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer,” Alex informed you, smiling. You chuckled with a shake of your head, smiling at Chris who could not wipe his grin from his handsome face. “I thought I’d keep things fair and keep your husband for the last meeting, otherwise you wouldn’t even give the first five a shot.”

“And what makes you think I’m going to give my husband a shot?” You quizzed, smirking at Chris who was trying hard not to laugh. “Just because he’s my husband doesn’t mean I’m just going to trust him with my work, he’s still going to have to win me over.”

“Your wife is a tough one,” you heard one of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’s representatives say to Chris and you saw him chuckle and nod in response. “Here we were thinking getting you to direct meant getting her script.” Chris looked up at you, smiling as he chewed on his middle finger. “I guess we were wrong about that,” the man chuckled softly.

“Don’t worry,” Chris dropped his hand, smirking. You bit back your smile as your husband said smugly, “I’m very good at winning her over. Case in point,” he held up his hand, letting his wedding band glisten under the fluorescent light. “Getting her to have a kid was another tough one, but here we are expecting a second one.” You chuckled softly, absent-mindedly smoothing your hand over your belly. “This is going to be a piece of cake. Isn’t that right, sweetheart?”

“If you say so, Captain,” you felt your own smirk appear as you took your seat opposite Chris. You slid copies of your script across the table at your husband and his employers. “Now let’s see what you’ve got to bring to the table.”

Valentine Double Date

A somewhat long fic (around 6k words) about Touken and Ayahina’s double date, which began from a girl’s innocent attempt at pushing her Onee-chan and Onii-chan together. Mostly fluff, hints of angst. This is a fic I wrote to have fun and let myself go so it’s nowhere close to the standard of my older fic, but this poor lonely single soul just wanted to have something to do on Valentine’s Day. ;_; Enjoy!

Please reblog if you like this! Feel free to leave comments/ request anything!

“Please say yes!” Hinami was almost screaming, as she clasped her hands together and leaned forward in a perfect bow. Kaneki and Touka blinked in disbelief for a moment, looking at each other before looking at her again.

“You want us…” Kaneki murmured hesitantly.

“… to follow you and Ayato on your date?” Touka continued, tilting her head in confusion. “But why?”

“B-Because… tomorrow is Valentine’s Day and…” Hinami murmured, her cheeks completely flushed as she shifted about uncomfortably. “I feel uneasy going out alone with him.”

“Uneasy?” Touka wondered in confusion. “But weren’t the two of your partners in Aogiri? You were alone quite a lot, right?”

“Yeah but…” Hinami sighed, took a deep breath and let it out, fingers fumbling with one another. “This is different from that… I just… don’t…”

“If you don’t want to go, you should tell him—”

“No! I want to go!” Hinami yelped, cutting into Kaneki’s words. “But but but… A-Ayato-kun scares me sometime!”

“Oh, is that so?” Kaneki said, turning to Touka with a blank expression. “I don’t mind… Is that okay with you, Touka-chan?”

Rfa+v+saeran cheating on the mc ? But they make up after a while :''>

☆o(><;)○ I don’t mind writing them cheating for angst purposes, but I am not going to write them getting back together.
Nothing against you, it’s just a personal pet peeve due to many failed relationships I’ve watched over the years. Don’t… Get back with someone who cheated on you. Odds are they’ll do it again, and think you’re just someone for them to fall back on.

- He loved you, he really absolutely did

- But… You always treated him like a kid. He was just a year younger than you!

- He never really let it bother him much until he met a girl on the Shooting Star sever. I mean, it wasn’t anything new- A lot of his guild mates where girls and you knew that. But, she looked up to him? Treated him like he was a really strong guy?

- He appreciated it and didn’t really let it advance until she offered him some super rare items she had happened upon. Stuff he never ran into all his years of playing!

- But if he wanted it… He had to send a few shirtless pictures.

- That wasn’t too bad, right? I mean, guys walked around without their shirts! I was normal…?

- But then she sends some back… And starts teasing him sexually… And before he can help it he’s already hard and straining against his jeans

- The two of you hadn’t even gotten to the kinky stuff yet in your relationship, and… Here he was getting it already.

- He didn’t even spend five minutes contemplating. He sent her a dick pic, got the item, and hurried offline to jerk off.

- The next day you came over, and he was just sweating the whole time. You asked him if he was sick, not feeling well, etc etc. He just brushed it off, made some flimsy excuse that even he knew you were suspicious of.

- But, you drop the subject. Start hanging around and playing your handheld while he does a raid in LOLOL

- After a while he’s completely immersed as you loosely wrap your arms around his shoulders, watching him play. Giving him little words of encouragement.

- When his group finishes, you kiss the top of his head and start pointing on the screen, talking about the cool loot he got

- And then he gets a whisper on the chat, and he doesn’t even have enough time to hide it before you read it

“That picture of yours kept me company over and over again last night, Yoosung. I came three times just from a dick pic alone~ What do you think sex with each other would be like? ;)”

- You lose it. He can’t even come up with an excuse- The message is way too explicit to even joke that it’s from some guy friend playing a prank.

- You’re just trying your best not to cry, demanding to know how long it’s been going on- Not believing the answers he says

- And why should you?

- He doesn’t know what to do as you grab your stuff and slam the door shut behind you. He can’t even manage to get the guts to try following you.

- He loved you, you were his princess

- But a man had his needs, you know?

- He was worried about your relationship, how he felt like he couldn’t advance sexually with you, and he often voiced this to his make-up artist

- A woman he knew for years- Ever since he started working for this theatre.

- She was sweet, beautiful, and always listened to him. Hell, sometimes she’d be his drinking buddy if he needed one. (And damn could she nearly drink him under the table)

- Apparently, she didn’t have a lot of morals, though.

- And apparently, he hadn’t changed much from back when he was in that gang

- A drinking trip with some theatre buds turned into a weird bar date with his make-up artist.

- I mean… You didn’t know. You were home, cleaning…Possibly cooking… Just being too cute and simple.

- Way too simple.

- After the both of them were buzzed, his complaints of you turned harsher, voicing his needs to be able to get off just once for fucks sake

- And his make-up artist was more than willing to oblige. I mean, he was sculpted like a fucking god. Who wouldn’t want some of him?

- He came home reeking of beer and smoke- Lipstick on his neck and traveling lower. Hell, there were even traces on his lips.

- And he was way too buzzed and blissed out to care as you started crying, started asking what the hell happened

- He just rolled his shoulder, getting you off of him, and loudly proclaiming he was going to shower and go to bed

- When he got out, you were gone. But his phone lit up with a sexy text, and he still couldn’t be bothered to care about your absence.

- You really thought you had changed him. He showed his emotions more, he even treated Jaehee nicer. Hell, he even stopped pestering Zen so much.

- He treated you like a princess- A queen. Buying you so many things, letting you use his card for shopping trips. I mean, you didn’t beg for this to happen- He just shoved them on you and nearly begged you to go out to buy things.

- You didn’t understand why he was so adamant, until you decided you didn’t feel like shopping one day and came home pretty early.

- You walked in to Elizabeth in her cage and was immediately confused. Jumin never put her in a cage? Unless he wanted to keep her away, but even then that was rare.

- Then you heard groaning from down the hall, and you felt your heart stop.

- You don’t know how you managed to get your legs to move, but you slowly stepped down the hall, taking a deep breath before peering into the bedroom

- Finding Jumin’s back shoved against the bed, being dominated by another man.

- You couldn’t help it, you let out a loud gasp- Some gross choked sound that caused both of them to stop and look towards the door- At you

- But you didn’t stand there long. You felt your eyes spill and you just darted out- Grabbing your phone and purse and booking it. You needed out- Needed somewhere to think. To breathe.

- Jumin let out a grumbled sigh as you left. He knew he should have locked the door- But he was too pent up- Too eager to finally get off for once.

- He heard the other man whistle and get ready to pull out, but Jumin harshly wrapped his legs around him.

- “I never said stop, did I?”

- I’m not going to sugar coat this- I have NO fucking idea how or why she would cheat on you. I even discussed it with a few friends and the most serious answer we could come up with is her cheating on you with coffee beans. orz

- He didn’t deserve you. He didn’t, and no matter how many times he told you this, you never listened

- Harsh nights of him pushing you away? You were right there beside him. Him trying to do a self-depreciating joke? You took it seriously and wrapped him in a hug of kind words.

- He felt so disgusting.

- He loved you, but he didn’t deserve you. He tried everything to let you know that, but you just blew it all off, like the wonderful person you were.

- So he finally resorted to this.

- He knew you were going to be home soon. He didn’t even attempt to hide what he was doing.

- Just some random woman had hit on him. He actually tried being alluring for once, and it worked.

- So he took her back to his place, ignoring her comments on the security of his home.

- And took her right on the couch- The first thing you would see once you opened the doors

- He had it timed so well that you walked in right in the middle of it

- He heard bags drop, and you try to stifle some gasps as the woman he was fucking immediately scrambled out of his grasp.

- You just left. Didn’t even try to grab your things- You just up and left, while the other woman berated him for getting her caught up in such a mess.

- When they were both gone he just laughed. Just laughed to himself and regained his breath.

- Finally, you got that he didn’t deserve you.

- He wanted more pain. He just constantly felt guilt, and nothing but guilt, from being in a relationship with you

- You were so beautiful, so kind, so forgiving. You weren’t anything like he was used to.

- Being abused, being blamed, being a scapegoat.

- No matter how loving you were to him, no matter what help he received, he just wanted the old relationship again. He wanted Rika.

- He couldn’t see that well, but what he could see he knew you looked nothing like her. Not even the same height or hair length.

- So… Behind your back he started seeing someone that reminded him more of her. Even how they met was nearly the same. She had long blonde hair, she was short and cute. God, she even nearly sounded the same.

- Maybe it was Rika coming back? A revenge of hers?

- He was just so hungry for that pain again- For his guilt to have a reason for existing. To have a reason to suffer for someone again.

- Amidst all of these emotions flooding back, he didn’t even think about you as he asked her out for coffee

- Didn’t even consider that you lived close by to the coffee shop they went to

- Didn’t even think you may walk by as he held her hand, leaning in close to drown in every word that spilled out of her mouth

- He jumped as he felt a water bottle slam into his shoulder. He couldn’t tell who did it, but as soon as he heard his date exclaim, he remembered he was still with you.

- He listened as you babbled through sudden strained sobbing, as you demanded to know what you did wrong, demanded to know what you lacked

- He didn’t speak. He just let you stand there and make a fool of yourself, let others stare and whisper, let his date shoo you away

- Hours later, when he came home, he wasn’t surprised to see it lacking your things. It was almost peaceful- Everything looks more minimalistic. His heart did ache, but he was so glad for that pain again

- He was glad he never took any pictures of you.

- He hated how clingy you were. He hated how you just accepted all of his issues without any hesitation.

- He was so fucked up. How could you not see that?

- You were so fucking stupid. So fucking stupid to think he could be in a relationship with you.

- He didn’t even try to hide him cheating. He was just slightly surprised it took you a week to notice, once he started the habit

- The habit of just fucking girls in hotel rooms, instead of attending any dates you set up for him

- The only way you found out was because he was answering a text he got on one of his throw away phones as you cuddled up to him. You saw the contact name, the sexual messages, and froze as he answered it like nothing was wrong

- “I. Is that? Was that?”

- “Yeah.”

- He was just so fucking tired of everyone treating him like he was so blameless, like he was a victim. No one considered that he just didn’t give a fuck, that he liked hurting people. Shoving them away.

- He didn’t deserve people giving him kindness, and he wasn’t afraid to show that.

- You just slowly got out of the bed, trying your best not to cry as he ignored you. After a few sniffles, you grabbed your purse and left.

- No texts, no nothing. Just the occasional Saeyoung pissed off at him for once.

- Whatever. At least he was getting laid.

The end of all things (Pt.3)

Genre: Angst

Pairing: Taehyung X reader (?)

Fandom: BTS

Summary: After thinking over everything that’s happened you decide to pull yourself together. You get rid of anything that reminds you of him when you get a visit from someone who’s willing to help. You’ve finally come to terms with it: Love sucks.

Pt.1 // Pt.2

If it wasn’t clear before it definitely was now. Love wasn’t your luckiest subject and this time you’d really fallen for the wrong person. Someone who was once so sweet ended up just putting up with you because he was so sweet. You hadn’t realize you were the one who drove this awful person out of him. Closure? Yeah, you weren’t getting that anytime soon but you did realize it was over. The game you two had been playing for only half a week as come to a close and neither of you would be crowned a victor. It was literally a lose, lose situation. You weren’t one of those people to go out to the press and ruin everything he’s built or have the guts to ruin the other girl’s love life by telling her everything. There was simply nothing left for you to do but get over it all by yourself.

There was a box placed on top of your bed as you started to put things from around the house that were his or things that reminded you of him. You kept reminding yourself how hard it would be without him but now you were starting to realize you never had him in the first place. He always belonged to someone else. When you walked past the front door you heard the door bell go off. Nervously you walked over and placed your hand on the door knob. As you opened the door the words spilled out of your mouth-

“I’m sorry!”

Jungkook looks at you, confused. “Y/N?”

Your eyes widened and you looked up at the handsome boy standing in your doorway.

“O-oh….I thought you were someone else…”

Jungkook nodded. “Tae? Nope. Sorry it’s just me..”

You waved your hand for him to come inside and he followed. You showed him to the couch, letting him sit down.

“Do you want something to drink or-?”

He shook his head. “I came here to talk to you about something.”

“Right. Before you do, can I say something?”

Jungkook gave you a nod and you sat next to him on the couch.

“I..uh..feel awful about the other day. It was stupid, impulsive, and selfish. I’m really sorry that I took it out on you and I shouldn’t have used you like that. If he’s blaming you I promise i’ll tell him it was my fault. I don’t know what I was thinking-..well to be honest I wasn’t thinking at all. I made things worse for everyone. I’m sorry.”

He took a deep breathe and faced you. “I’m not sorry. I felt guilty because I’ve never had to lie to the members before but I don’t regret it.”

“What? But I don’t understand-”

He fiddled with his fingers in his lap.

“You were right. I do like you and even if you were just using me you were still with me in that moment.”

The look on his face was already enough to break your heart. You put him in the same position Taehyung put you in and you weren’t sure that an,”I’m sorry”, was going to fix that anymore. Both of you remained silent for a few seconds and to break it Jungkook stood up from the couch. You looked up at him, standing in front of you.

“I should go now. You’re going through a lot and I’m sure me confessing isn’t helping right now. But, Y/N?”

“I’m sorry he did that to you and I’ll be there for you if you need me to. You already have my number.”

Jungkook flashed you a light, apologetic smile.

You stood up. “Wait. Do you wanna stay a little bit longer? I could use the help.”

His face lit up when you asked him to stay. You hoped this would end up with another mistake you couldn’t take back. The two of you sat on the living room floor sorting out through all the crap you had to get rid of. You had music playing through your stereo, you and him started talking more, and overall you were starting to feel better. For a while you even started to forget how badly you felt this morning. Jungkook made some dumb joke, causing you to choke on your drink laughing. Your phone lit up beside you and you saw Taehyung’s name attached to the text message.

TaeTae ♥:

“I really fucked up the other day. Me and Y/N got in this fight the other day and I think I need to go back over there. I was supposed to make a clean break but it turned out to become a mess. I just wish things didn’t have to be like this, Jimin. I know you’re just going to tell me that I should have risked it and stayed with her but I wasn’t going to get her in trouble. Blackmail doesn’t work like that. Someone’s going to get hurt either way.”

Your eyes gliding over the words and you didn’t know what any of this meant. Jungkook stared at your blank expression.

“Y/N? What is it?”

You suddenly get on your feet, running to the door. You grab you shoes, forcing them onto your feet.

“Hey! What’s wrong?” Jungkook calls after you.

You ignore his words once again to go running off to the boy’s dorm. The word mistake was replying over and over in your head. Here you go once more chasing after something that’s most likely not there. Love really made you do some dumb things. When you arrived at the door you froze. Jimin walked behind you, coming back from practice.

“What are you doing here?”

You jumped, startled by his voice.

“Jimin please be honest with me. What does this mean?”

You pushed your phone screen in his face and he took it from your hands to hold it himself. His face expression looked as if he just witness a car wreck.

“You really shouldn’t have gotten this..” He says, handing your phone back.

“Well it’s too late now and I need to know what’s going on!”

“Fine…go inside and talk to him. He’ll probably tell you everything.”

Jimin walks over to unlock the dormitory door, letting you inside. You felt your own heart pounding in your chest. This was either going to fix things or make it worse. There was a small shred of fear that he was just going to start yelling all over again. Jimin called out that someone was here to see him. He came out of his room and saw you standing in the kitchen.

He looked astonished.

“What are you-?”

You showed him the message just as you did for Jimin. You heard him slip out a curse from under his breathe.

“Just ignore it. It obviously wasn’t for you…Please just go home Y/N. I told you this is over with.”

“Oh really? Then why did you consider coming back? Please for once just tell me the truth. You said right here that someone was bound to get hurt and that you didn’t want to hurt me but that’s all you’ve done! It can’t get any worse so please-…Please just tell me.”

Taehyung extends his hand and suddenly yours is engulfed by the warmth of his. He walks you to his room and sets you down.

“Things went way worse than I meant to…I took it too far and I’m sorry..” He begins.

“What does the blackmail thing mean? What’s going on?”

Your demands cause him to sigh, looking as if he had been holding back.

“BigHit asked me to have someone play as my girlfriend for media attention. That way no harm would come to you and both of us would get attention since we were celebrities. However, only our CEO and Manager knows that. They told me if anyone found out about us that I would have to handle it and there was no way they were going to admit to telling me to date someone for the press. She started blackmailing me and saying she would tell reporters that I had someone on the side. She asked for money since we became more popular and I had to break up with you so people didn’t do some witch hunt and ruin your reputation along with mine. I know what I said was harsh but Pleas trust me. It wasn’t supposed to end up like this..”

For once your eyes hadn’t weld up with tears and you assumed it was because you were already way past your limit.

“…Why didn’t you just tell me?”

“I was scared. People are crazy! Who knows what they would have done towards you?” He exclaimed.

“So..You weren’t pretending after-all? This didn’t all happen because I told you I loved you?”

Taehyung slowly shook his head.

“I wanted to protect you but you wouldn’t give me up that easily. Then I just lost it when I heard about you and Jungkook….”

Jungkook! He was still sitting all alone in your place probably wondering where you ran off to. You hoped he would be okay for just a little bit longer but it was probably a bad time to tell Taehyung that he was in your house.

“You made me believe that you didn’t love me. Taehyung you put me through literal hell for 5 days!”

“I know I’m sorry-”

“Are you? I believed those words you yelled at me! I thought I was going crazy!”

When you locked eyes with him you noticed his eyes glistening. He had started to tear up.

“I know. Y/N. There no excuse for the way I did it but please…let me fix this. I’ll never hurt you again. I’ll never fight with you or yell. I love you so much..”

Damn your weak spot for him. You reached out and held his hand as a form of comfort.

“I love you too…Just don’t ever do anything like this again. You have to ask me when you make decisions like this.”

He nodded frantically. “I will. I mean it!”

You felt your lips smile on their own. He admitted the words you had been waiting to hear. You kept wondering what the catch was or if you would suddenly wake up and this would all be a dream.

Taehyung put his hand onto your cheek.

“If you’re not still mad at me….can I kiss you? It’s been so long and I really missed you. It was hard controlling myself before.”

It was true he was a touchy boyfriend and you noticed the change but it never occurred to he was the one holding back.

“Yeah..go ahead.”

You watched as he leaned in closer to you, closing his eyes slowly until his lips met with yours. His warm hands were up against your blushing cheeks. No other kiss made you feel this at home. You really had missed him so badly. When he pulled away, he rested his forehead on yours.

“We can’t be together though…Seriously. I’m not letting her ruin your name. If she even finds out about this she’ll ruin both of us.”

You nodded. “I know..but at least I know, now. We’ll figure this out, I promise. But for now, can’t I stay a little bit longer with you like this?”

Taehyung’s face lit up with a smile. “Please.”

Looks like Jungkook was going to have to wait a little longer.

so….been a while, huh?

i just wanted to say that french paparazzi laws are totally different from this fic. they’re actually incredibly strict, and the way the paparazzi in this fic act is more similar to the us, but still possibly kind of extreme? i probably should’ve googled that before using it as a plot point, but i didn’t, and now it’s a fairly major one, so i won’t be going back and changing. i apologize for the inaccuracies!

shoutout to @reyxa for helping me with parts of this chapter and also thank you to everyone who hopped on when i was streaming! it was really fun and if people are interested, i’ll probably do it again!
