💢What it works: CORE (all areas of your abs!), shoulders, back, & quads.

💢How to do a plank: hold yourself up in a push up position OR on your elbows (see pic above). Keep your spine straight (including neck), don’t arch your back or have your bum in the air. Keep your core tight. Hold this position until failure. Use the stopwatch feature on your phone to time yourself. Try to beat your previous time with each plank. I usually do about 4 sets.
