Sawamura Daichi is a Good Person

KuroDai Week 2017

May 12, 2017

Day Seven: Free Day

Summary: Sawamura Daichi was just trying to do his job and stop a demon from being unleashed onto the unsuspecting populace, so how exactly did he end up with a soul contract with a demon (Kuroo Tetsurou) who refuses to stop flirting with him?

Warnings: Mild gore, blood, violence

Chapter 1 of 13 ( All Chapters are on AO3 )

Sawamura Daichi believed he was a good person. If his parents were still alive he honestly believed they would be quite proud of the man he had become despite certain obstacles in his life. He had been a happy child, and when his parents had died at the tender age of 8 he had become more serious than other children his own age, but that was fine. He made sure to be helpful to his grandparents when he moved in with them. He never spoke out of turn with them, he got good grades, he did his chores without having to be reminded, he never stayed out late, and always told them where he was going. He was a good grandson.

I’m still shamelessly proud of this video.

Coke

Memories of the past still call back,
twisting scabs open like bottle caps,
letting memories flow in cola explosions,
fizzling out with these lovely notions
that I am somehow okay.

What was once sugar has turned black,
distilled of ingredients it should ever lack:
the taste of regret, the devil’s smell,
a frightening heat for a heart in hell
where cool reprieve should be.

Come shape this simmering gelatinous mass
you’ve melted into undying glass;
I’ve had enough of mass-produced plastic,
and want even less this soft, organic,
biodegradable waste inside my chest.

Now here, come distribute this to the crowd;
may it make you shamelessly proud.
May it last these sleepless nights and more,
and may it never, ever bore
the madness in your addictions.

So drink this concoction to the last sip;
have that last drop of my name on your lips
before you crush the can beneath your feet.
Throw it now to the trash in defeat,
I’ll recycle it for tomorrow’s drinker.

“You sure it’s okay?”

Yes Hansol, for the millionth time.”

“I know he’s kind of rude, like all the time. And sometimes he likes to eat your food without asking. And comment on your bland fashion sense. And he doesn’t really shut up, ever.”

“Neither do you.” she sighed dramatically, unlinking their fingers as they crossed the promenade. “And are you calling my clothes boring?”

Immediately recovering, he seeked to grab her hands again. “You look beautiful in anything, baby girl.”

“Lame, Vernonie.” Boo Seungkwan cut in, and quite physically, dropping his arm like a knife between the couple, effectively killing their contact.

In the words of Joshua Hong, he was putting a gap between their relationship.

“X-Men Apocalypse” Feelings: Good, but...

One thing, really… WHY COULDN’T THEY HAVE MAGNETO AND QUICKSILVER ACTUALLY SHARE AN HONEST-TO-GOD FATHER/SON MOMENT? ESPECIALLY WHEN QUICKSILVER WAS BEING BRUTALLY ATTACKED AND COULD HAVE USED SOME SPECIAL SUPER!DAD INTERFERENCE?

AND LOOK AT THIS… MICHAEL FASSBENDER IS ALREADY SUCH A DOTING FATHER OFF-SCREEN. THE INSPIRATION AND FOUNDATION WERE RIGHT THERE… ARE WE EVEN GETTING A NEXT MOVIE? NO HOPE FOR FUTURE MAGNETO & QUICKSILVER BONDING WITHIN THIS UNIVERSE? GODDAMNIT…

He’s just so shamelessly PROUD and DOTING… *flails around in frustration* Couldn’t we have had an iota of this commitment in “Apocalypse”?

i just love that the tronnor fandom can be so detective and super suspicious about a lot of things but we keep it in our fandom and don’t tag connor and troye so that they see all of our shipping/theories. this is the way it should be and i hope we continue to stay this respectful

Headcanon about Greagoir: before, during and after Inquisition

- Cullen never replied to the letters of his former Knight - Commander Greagoir sent him to Kirkwall, because the memories about Kinloch Hold were too painful. The man, however, continued to send him missives, worried for “the most good man I’ve ever had under my command”.

- The Inquisitor discovers these things, some months after the beginning of their realtionship, and suggests him to write, at least, a note for his former superior “Just for being kind, Cullen.”.

- Cullen starts a short letter, but he has so many things to write that one page becomes quickly two and three and even more: Kirkwall, the Champion, Meredith. These are difficult paragraphs. But, right after these, he tells of the Inquisition, the hope that he contributes to restore, his new life out of the Order and… the Inquisitor “an amazing woman with the strenght of a dragon and the heart of a true savior.”

- Greagoir responds quickly, shamelessly proud of him and happy for the path that Cullen’s going through. And there is a little malicious note in the end of his letter “I suppose the Inquisitor is really amazing if the rumors about you two are true.

- In the next letter, Cullen finds the courage to ask how are the few survivors of the Circle and he mentions the death of Carroll “The Order is broken, but not defeated and I think the change’ll be the Templars’s deliverance.”.

- The Knight - Commander sends very joyful news: all of them are safe in Denerim, protecting the local church and helping the refugees “I’ve lost Carroll, but you’re still here. Take care of you, boy.”.

- After the end of the Inquisition, before visiting his siblings, Cullen goes with his wife to Denerim and Greagoir, older, tired but still fierce, smiles to the couple “Well done, boy.”.
