Talking about spencer and UPenn... Do u think she was genuinely rejected or is an A thing? because I never believed CeCe actually gave the application to a guy that worked in the admission office.

I honestly don’t know what to think.

Somebody pointed out somewhere on tumblr that the zip code on the address was off by one number compared to the real address of UPenn. I don’t know if that’s accurate, and if it was, if it was a purposeful mistake or a slip up by the show.

I never thought Cece gave the envelope to anyone either. It just seemed really suspicious and we’ve obviously been conditioned to mistrust anything we don’t specifically see happen with our own eyes as far as this show goes. But I don’t know. I really just don’t know. But it’s obvious that Cece’s hiding some things; she didn’t just breeze into town for nothing. So I’m curious to see what her game is, either way.

I will say that I almost want it to be that Spencer really didn’t get in. If only for angst haha. But it does seem to be pretty purposeful that they’re including this storyline about it and weaving it through various episodes, so if A wasn’t involved already, I’d assume he/she/it will at least use it to blackmail or upset Spencer in some way later.
