Today, my Nana and I were talking about a book she was reading. I was excited to hear she was reading Sense and Sensibility, but she kept saying how weird it is. I’ve read enough Austen to know that “weird” is not a word frequently chosen to describe her works.
After lengthy discussion, I finally realized she had picked up a copy of “Sense and Sensibility and Seamonsters” by mistake.
I quickly gave her my copy of the original, and assured her there was nothing “weird” in it!
