Week 22: Perspective

This was one of the more challenging images we’ve done.  Another nice team effort…thanks @theshyxibitionista for the awesome edit and fabulous modeling! 

35mm focal length, 1/40 sec shutter speed, f/18 aperture, ISO 1600

3 artificial light sources - 1 umbrella strobe to light the flower and softbox strobe with reflector as fill for Shy.  Backlighting from natural window light. 

The very high ISO setting is because we didn’t want Shy to be completely blurred out so we needed a huge depth of field using f/18.  This stopped down aperture kills your light so you need to crank up the ISO to compensate.
