seas of life

anonymous asked:

what do you think of people who are in a polyamourus relationship(s)?

I don’t judge people, as long as they’re cool. I don’t care if people are black, white, green, blue, gay, straight, identify as territorial deep sea marine life, etc. if they’re kind, don’t force their beliefs on others, and treat others with respect. If they can make that work, more power to them :)

Seagrass meadows kills off vast amounts of deadly bacteria, but they're slowly disappearing
Beautiful underwater gardens massively reduce levels of potentially deadly bacteria in the sea — preventing humans from getting diseases like dysentery and typhoid — researchers have discovered. But these idyllic meadows of seagrasses, the most common coastal ecosystem on Earth, are in serious trouble with dramatic, year-on-year declines recorded since 1990.

Sea grass beds are super important to not only ocean health, but help produce a vast amount of the oxygen we breathe above the surface, and most likely helped shaped our atmosphere.

Even more, this article discusses that with the die back of these sea grass beds, there is an increase in harmful bacteria. Harmful bacteria which is making both ocean life and consequently us sick.
