Introduction post (finally, right?)

Hi, everybody!!

My name is Caroline, and I joined the studyblr community a while ago, but only now I gathered the courage to introduce myself. I am 19 years old (turning 20 in October) and currently live in a small town near Prague (the capital of Czechia).

In May I graduated from high school and in September I am enrolling in the International relations and politics course at Northumbria University in Newcastle, England. After getting my degree I would love to work for either the UN or the EU.

At school, my favourite subjects are (or were) English, Literature, History, and Social sciences. I am fluent in Czech (obviously, considering it’s my native language) and English. I also studied Spanish and Russian (but I am still very much a beginner when it comes to these) and I took Latin for two years.

Outside of studying I love reading, watching movies/TV shows or doing some DIY projects (even though I am not a very handy person and I mess up quite often). I also love traveling and cooking.

When it comes to my blog I don’t post much original content because I feel kind of self-conscious about anything I make and I end up either deleting it or leaving it as a draft forever. But I do reblog a lot (when I am not buried under tons of homework and exams) and I usually reblog aesthetic post and masterpost/masterlist of different studying methods, resources, etc. But I don’t keep the blog strictly studying-oriented and every now and then I reblog pictures of cute animals, gifsets from my favourite movies/tv shows or whatever strikes my fancy at the moment.

(Wow, this is getting seriously out of hand)

 Some of my favourite studyblrs are:

@elkstudies , @emmastudies , @thecoffeedesk@studyincafe,  @acaedmic , @studyign , and many others that I might have forgotten to mention.

In case you are interested in some of my original photos and stuff you can follow me on instagram (anxious_dragon) or snapchat (anxious_dragon) because I do post there from time to time.

Thanks for reading through the whole thing and don’t be afraid to message me if you have a question or just want to be friends.
