Don’t worry, I didn’t eat them all but I did need some way of keeping track of the time that was more interesting than the stopwatch app on my phone. Such conventions don’t really belong in dusky, forest campgrounds. Hasselblad 500C Kodak Ektar 100

This is what happened when I rated Portra at 800 and forgot to ask my co-worker to push the film. I was so mad at myself when I realized that in my haste that morning, I’d forgotten to write push 1 on the bag that I almost did not scan the roll. Then I remembered the latitude that the new Portra stock has and decided to see for myself if I liked it. And I do.

The light leak that I thought had gone away is back (in left hand side of the image) so I decided to upgrade to a Mamiya Pro 645 and I’ll keep the M645 for the times I run out of batteries.
