A weeks workout!

During the week, I do these workouts. You don’t have to do this exact one, switch it up to fit you. For example, If you don’t want to jog three miles, walk it or only jog one. So keep reading below and if you have any questions my ask box is open!


Day 1 (Sunday) -

- Jog 3 miles
- 15 minute ab workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16Vp5QmprBc
- 15 minutes of weights

Day 2 (Monday)

- Jog 2 miles
- 30+ crunches
- 20+ push ups
- 30+ side crunches
- 1 min. plank
(repeat them 2 times) Not the jogging!!

Day 3 (Teusday)

Rest Day! But usually, on rest days, i jog a mile or two

Day 4 (Wednesday)

- Jog 3 miles
- 15 minute ab workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16Vp5QmprBc
- 15 minutes of weights (switch up)

Day 5 (Thursday)

- Jog 2 miles
- 20 crunches
- 20 cross crunches
- 20 oblique twists
- 20 lower leg lifts
- 20 mountain climbers
- 1 min plank.
( Repeat them 3-4 times)

Day 6 (Friday)

Rest Day! (But of coarse, I need a mile or two to feel good that day)

Day 7 (Saturday)

- - Jog 3 miles
- 15 minute ab workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16Vp5QmprBc
- 15 minutes of weights


Remember to drink lots of water daily!!
