This is a picture from my shoot last week with the uber successful fitness production team of Cal and Michael. I got in shape quick after my Hawaiian adventures for a 30-day six pack abs video.

A lot of you have been asking for diet details, so here is a quick run down:

Breakfast: Protein Pancake or Egg Whites and either a) Mini Bran Fiber muffin from Trader Joes or b) Oatmeal with Stevia

Lunch: Turkey Meatloaf with side salad (lettuce, veggies, hummus/balsamic vinegar dressing)

Snack: Protein Shake Smoothie or Almonds or Protein bar

Dinner: 4 oz Chicken Breast baked with mustard for dipping, 2 big sides of veggies (asparagus, cauliflower, kale, brussels sprouts).

If I need a sweet snack I would have starlight mints, ginger chews or pumpkin puree with almond milk, chia seeds and stevia.
