Summary: There is a new regular at the diner Y/N works at. He never says much and only orders coffee when he goes there. Y/N’s curiosity gets the best of her and she makes it her mission to solve the riddle of who Coffee Guy is.
A/N: I am so sorry it took me so long to post. You can blame my accounting prof for that. Anyway I am hopping to get back on track with these requests soon and finish all of them before NaNo starts. Also have y’all been watching the new season of AOS? When they said they this season was going to be edgier I laughed and said it was just them trying to get more people to watch it, but i was wrong. I am so happy I was wrong because holy shit there has only been two episodes and already this is my favorite season. That scene with May’s strike team was A++, and it def sold me for the edginess we were promised.

This was the fifth consecutive time he had shown up in less than a week, the man with the bright blue eyes and long dark hair.
It wasn’t like we didn’t have our regulars at the diner. Mr. Mizity was here every morning at seven on the dot, Sara Nock, a nurse who worked at the hospital two blocks away always stopped by before her shift for hot coffee and a cinnamon roll, and Nora Hamel sat at the first booth in the diner every Friday with her laptop writing the next chapter to her epic fantasy novel she always denied my requests to know more about.
Cara and I had made it our little mission to see who could crack him first. So far the average amount of words we could get out of his was about five. Every time he would come in he would take an empty seat wherever he could find one in the diner, pull out a notebook and begin writing in it. Whenever Cara or I would approach him he would only ask for coffee before going back to the notebook.
