The concept was to create an amalgamation of various activities present in the city of Goa. By creating a hybrid of various volumes and voids the building promises to create an element of surprise in an occupant’s route. Also the transitional spaces are elongated to showcase the heretofore back of house activities to the occupants.

Beyond Mobility finds an opportunity to intervene a #Slum by rethinking the function of the cable car stations that have been introduced in many Latin American slums over the past decade. The rapid expansion of cities throughout the world has been accompanied by equally rapid growth of informal settlements.
PoohTown is based in 1920′s Slough, England, and uses ‘Winnie the Pooh’ to reflect on the potential of today’s cities in prescribing policies of happiness alongside familiar amenities. This speculative proposal is a device to enable the potential of a happily-ever-after to be explored beyond the limitations of Slough’s industrial sprawl ambitions in the 1920s.
A ‘Utility City’ proposed in Newham, London, rehouses thousands of residents and rehabilitates the city by implementing ‘the people’ as an architectural layer. The proposal is instigated by new bedroom tax laws in April 2013, London, which relocate housing problems, but arguably do not solve them.
Hyper Cell is an architectural system which is dynamic and can respond to changes through self-awareness, mobility, softness and re-configurability. Every individual cell can take its own decisions and has the ability to climb, roll and change its shape according to the system’s needs. “HyperCell” is a system based on local decision making between each cell. The system creates continuous forming structures, never in finite form always in formation, changing consistently according to its population.
The system will exhibit methods of self-assembly where a number of cells are able to come together without predefined instructions to create meaningful structures. Computational and physical strategies of self-assembly were developed which demonstrate the ability of the single cell and the collective. These strategies show aggregations with goal oriented strategies.
Hyper Cell is able to show mobility in two scales, local and global. As an outcome the structure will constantly reconfigure through local decision making, therefore consciously creating space from the local and global data.
