sandwich with spinach egg cheese and ham


Today feels lighter/happier. Maybe it has something to do with eating a delicious breakfast. Green smoothie consisting of spinach, mango, banana, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk. And a breakfast sandwich.. Ham, egg, cheese on an English muffin.

I’m not exactly sure what you’re looking for so I’m just going to go ahead and give you recipes to all of the sandwich/wrap/burger recipes I’ve posted before because then it’ll be helpful for others in the future. Let me know if there’s something in particular you’d like posted. Enjoy!

My diet lol? Idk dude haha um I give you a sample thing of what I eat. Just for reference I intermittent fast meaning 16 hours of the day I dont eat and I get all my calories within an 8 hour window 

10:00am i eat eggs with diced ham, oatmeal, kashi cereal, green tea, an orange and I take my supplements

12:00pm I eat a protein bar and have 2-3 roast beef sandwiches on whole wheat bread with spinach and pepperjack cheese

2:00pm Protein Shake and Broccoli Shake

4:00pm Tuna and Rice with 2 oranges

5:30pm Some Healthy baked chicken wings and sweet potato fries.

Then after that I don’t eat again until 10am the next day ^_^

I also make sure to drink 2 Gallons of water a day cause my training is very  rigorous and dehydrates me quickly and it also keeps me full a long time.
