I could never have anticipated the pain of losing you.
It’s around the same time of year I met you last year, and the nostalgia is killing me. I can’t even walk around anymore because everywhere takes me back to a memory with you in it. Everything feels so out of place. I got so comfortable with you in my life, I had made a place just for you and over time it got bigger and bigger, until you were everything to me. Now the hole is so big but it’s empty. There is nothing to fill that void other than you, and you’re gone.

are you still doing the jealous jensen thing? because i thought of one more if you are. and is it just jealous jensen or both of them? because i saw some funny jealous jared stuff on twitter today.

I am definitely still doing it. It may have to be both of them. We talk about Jensen getting jealous when someone else has fun with Jared because he’s so damn obvious about it but oh man. Jared cracks me up sometimes. Like the upfronts in 2014. Jensen is being all cute with Colton Haynes:

So Jared just slips riiiiiight in between them because he’s smooth like that:

DENIED. And then Colton ducks like Jared’s gonna smack him.

But wait! See Paul Wesley over there looking Jared and Jensen’s direction?:

Uh oh. Yep. He’s going to talk to Jensen:

Someone should do something about that nonsense….

Whew.

Reminds of of the Saturn Awards where someone else had the NERVE to make Jensen laugh:

And Jared had to spring into action:

Or maybe the time at sdcc last year when Mark made the same mistake:

Honestly, it’s hilarious. I have about 10 more gif requests to make and very little time right now but I swear. I’ll make it and have the whole thing in one set ASAP.

Hickeys

Pairing: Peter Parker (Spiderman) x Reader

GIF Credit: ^^^

Warnings: Mentions of sex, hICKEYS

Rating: PG-13

A/N: Dude, Petey is seriously the cutest, also, this is a little short. “Anon: the Avengers thinking someone really hurt Peter because he has bruises on his neck/going onto chest and interrogating him who they need to kill until he cracks that they’re just hicKEYS HE’S OK REALLY GUYS then realizing what it is and reader walks in and smugly kisses his cheek and FLUSTERED PETEY?

Peter sat calmly on the Avengers shared couch in the common room. Today was a good day for him. Not too much homework since it was the first day of summer break. Also, last night was an amazing night with you; and by amazing, he means, neither of you got much sleep. Both of you woke up, sore but tangled in each other’s arms, smiling. He didn’t mind your morning breath and it showed as once again, he made you writhe and moan under him.

The one thing that distracted him was the massive amount of hickeys all over his chest and neck. It’s not like you were any better, but a lot of the hickeys on you were in places only he could see, places that were his. You had taken the liberty to mark him everywhere. It made him nervous. Aunt May and found out the hard way that Peter and you were intimate. The Avengers, hell, they didn’t even know you two were dating. So Peter wore a sweatshirt, despite it being almost 90 degrees.

Peter’s strange attire didn’t pass by Steve or Tony. “What do you think those are? Bruises?” Steve asked. Tony just looked grim, nodding. “Should we talk to him? I know he gets bullied at school.” Tony nodded again. Both of them walked over to Peter, sitting down on either side of him. Peter looked at them, confused and worried. Steve put his hand on Peter’s shoulder. “Bud, have you been beaten up?”

You can in through the door behind the couch and neither of them looked at you. When you heard Steve’s question, you smirked, you had to hear this.

Peter looked confused. “What do you mean?”

“The bruises,” Steve says, rubbing his shoulder. Peter’s face turned red and he looked incredibly embarrassed, almost as embarrassed as when May walked in on you two one night. He rubbed the back of his neck.

I’m so excited and still pinch myself daily. I mean, I’ve known what I wanted to do since I could talk, so it’s just been a lot of time and hard work. I moved to LA straight out of graduating my arts high school and worked three jobs to afford living while taking acting classes and auditioning often. I started building up relationships the more I went into the same rooms to audition at the same time becoming more confident in my craft. Finally, in the last year before Riverdale I was able to just focus on auditions and learning. I ended up auditioning for David Rapaport, Riverdale’s amazing casting director, and he immediately knew I would be a good fit for Cheryl.

After college, once you get the first job, start looking for a better job after a year or two. Don't stay out of loyalty.

Because trust me, no company is loyal to their employees. Be respectful and professional, but loyalty in a company is rarely noticed and appreciated - unless maybe if its your dad’s company.

As a person who has worked for a same company for 6 years after graduating, i found out i didn’t get a single raise within it unless i ask for it every fucking year, never got much other benefit than initially signed while studying at school.

So i started applying for 5 months and finally got a job, it pays me almost 5 (edit: 4 is more accurate+ benefits such as health care, lunch, gym etc…) times as much as i used to. My friend from same school, with same seniority was getting 4 times my salary for the last 2 years already.

My mistake was thinking that being loyal to this company was gonna in return make the company loyal to me, the company only wants lower costs, loyalty has no place here.

Edit: wow, didn’t expect this response, also apparently this is very common in IT sector (but applies to pretty much all industry), and i am in the IT sector :/ - still feels so unfair.

Edit 2 : as some pointed out, try not to be a “job hopper”, this depends heavily on the industry you are working in though.

Edit 3: this is not a golden a rule, use your own brain, only you know your situation best - just don’t let loyalty for a company ever be the biggest priority, your career should be your priority.

i-dreaminwords  asked:

Hi, Neil! Any truth to the rumors that you're assisting George R.R. Martin with the A Song of Ice and Fire series? Are you allowed to say anything on it one way or the other?

No truth to the rumour.  (It began as a Santa Fe newspaper joke, because we were both in Santa Fe at the same time last year, and then it was repeated seriously by some websites that didn’t understand the idea of jokes.I’m just glad that nobody ever noticed us eating together when I was out there, or I’d probably be getting grumpy emails asking why my bits of George’s books were so late.)

april is upon us! a monumental month for all corners of the tcc. i hope to do some special focuses this upcoming month,
so here’s a list of true crime anniversaries/important dates that i will be focusing on. stay tuned!

The Once Upon a Time 'Reset' Plan: How Do These New Characters Fit In?

By Matt Webb Mitovich / February 16 2017, 10:52 AM PST

Once Upon a Time could look a bit different if renewed for Season 7.

As ABC ponders a possible renewal, the numbers for Season 6 thus far tell this story: averaging 3.5 million weekly viewers and a 1.1 demo rating (in Live+Same Day numbers), Once is down 30 percent from this time last year, and currently ranks sixth among the network’s dozen dramas. As such — and with contracts expiring for Jennifer Morrison and other key cast members — there has been evidence that a “reset” of sorts is on the drawing board, should the show get renewed.

Having heard from series creators Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis some “interesting” potential ideas for the future, ABC entertainment president Channing Dungey recently told our sister site Deadline, “Regardless of what we decide to do … I think [Adam and Eddy] would put a little bit of a bow here” — what she later called “closure in this particular narrative” — “and then there is a ‘next piece’ that comes after that. So they are trying to figure out what that [next piece] is and how that works.”

Dungey similalry suggested that Season 7 could offer “a springboard in a new direction from a narrative standpoint,” in a talk with EW.com. “[That] doesn’t necessarily mean that we’re not bringing cast back, it’s just: How do you kind of hit the reset button in a way that gives you opportunity to expand the stories that we’re telling?”

Along those lines, TVLine now has a first bit of intel on how the series’ current run (resuming Sunday, March 5) will end, and in doing so tee up any possible Season 7. Namely, the May finale will introduce a pair of guest stars, both of whom have the potential to be series regulars if the show moves forward. First up, the fantasy drama is casting a “strong yet vulnerable” leading man in his late 20s to mid-30s, a gent who was once optimistic and hopeful but now is a friendless, cynical recluse. That said, he still possesses a dormant, deep-seated speak of hope that waits for the right person to reignite it.

The other role being cast is a precocious 10-year-old with a “constant twinkle of mischief in her eye.” And though this girl comes from a broken home, those struggles have only made her stronger — something which will come in handy when darkness threatens “everything she holds dear.” And while the character breakdown notes that this lass “never lets the hard knocks of life get her down,” you would be wrong to guess that she is a certain little orphan named Annie.
