So here is a new tactic:
Since Paul Ryan has blocked his office phones and fax numbers, and is turning away people who show up to deliver petitions, time to change tactics.
Please mail postcards to his HOME address saying NO to defunding Planned Parenthood, NO to repealing the ACA, and NO to privatizing Medicare!

“I’ve been here 25 years and I’ve never been told by the Speaker of the House that I can’t attend a meeting I’ve requested,” he fumed.
The speaker of the house PAUL RYAN is facilitating a system of racism and oppression when he chooses to bar Representatives of color, their colleagues, from voicing their concerns about racist acts.
As we can see the decision to prevent notably outspoken and critical voices of color from attending the meeting they requested goes against 25 years of precedent. Ryan is GOING out of his way and ignoring precedent because the feelings of sensitive white racism is too valuable.
The idea of Obamacare is that the people who are healthy pay for the people who are sick.
What Paul Ryan does not appear to understand, dear reader, is that health insurance, like all insurance, works by pooling risks. No individual is likely to need all of the medical care at once. You may be healthy one year and pay for someone else when they lose their leg to lachrymose leeches, and they for you next year, but we will all need some of it eventually. This is the same whether your insurance is through the Affordable Care Act, or through an offshore account in Peru.
On Tuesday, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) plans to pay a visit to Success Academy, a charter school in Harlem.
He is expected to meet with Eva Moskowitz, the charter school network’s CEO, for a tour of the Harlem campus.
But Moskowitz won’t be the only one there to greet his arrival: Protesters sprung into action Tuesday morning to rally against the Republican leader’s visit to the Harlem school — some holding signs listing the treatable illnesses that can potentially prove fatal if those afflicted lose their health care coverage.
