When you want results you go get them. Top left was after five months and top right was after a year of lazy. #rulenumberonecardio I was #running between 18-25 miles a week plus insane amounts of #abs and #planking . I was down to 18% #bodyfat . It’s unfortunate I blew out my ankle. Back up to 20% now. My starting weight was 125 and now after eightish months I’m up between 135 and 138. YOU WANT SOMETHING, GO GET IT!!
