Will she be dancing in the front row? Taylor Swift might be making a surprise appearance at the 2016 Country Music Association Awards. A source tells Us Weekly that the 26-year-old singer might be performing at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, November 2. A second source adds that she’s currently in Nashville.
Can we talk about how Taylor held back from selling tickets for the very front row so that Taylor Nation could upgrade Swifties? That’s a lot of money she could have been making but didn’t because she wanted to see those fans who has the amazing life stories or ridiculous costumes or whatever the case may be, she wanted to see them up front. I love that.
When I was in Texas and I was in the front row watching Taylor play her greatest hits, I actually had tears in my eyes because right before my very eyes someone who I have idolized for years has grown up into this amazing woman and when she sang songs that she wrote when she younger its like nothing has ever changed. You still see that same country, curly haired girl singing “ its a love story, baby just say yes.” in her adult self. I am so proud of the woman Taylor has become because she has taught me that no matter what age you are, never loose WHO YOU ARE because being true to yourself is the most important lesson we can ever learn.
Of all the Kaylor pictures Derek could have selected for his AW birthday post, I love that he picked the one from that show Kaylor attended together 😊 where they sat in the front row 😊 and Taylor giggled about how she’d get in trouble for this 😊 with her publicist 😊
Paramount’s adaptation of “Looking for Alaska” will go before cameras early next year rather than this fall...
Paramount has decided to push its adaptation of John Green‘s “Looking for Alaska” to January 2016, after struggling to find the perfect actress to play Alaska Young.
Anya Taylor-Joy and newcomer Autry Haydon-Wilson (a 17-year-old model) were considered the frontrunners to play Alaska, but it appears that Paramount, director Rebecca Thomas and producer Wyck Godfrey were unable to agree on a choice. They wanted to make sure they found the right actress for the charcater rather than rush a decision to make a fall start date.
It’s possible that Paramount will seek out a more established actress now that production has been pushed to the start of next year.
Charlie Rowe (“Red Band Society”) and Logan Miller (“Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse”) were the clear-cut choices to play Miles and Colonel, respectively, but it’s unclear whether they’ll still be available early next year.
Hi Taylor!! My name is Gabby and I am so lucky enough to be flying by myself over 2000 miles to see you again for my birthday in Arlington, TX on October 17, 2015 and I’ll be sitting in Floor Q Row 23 Seat 5. You might remember seeing me in B PIT at Gillette Night 2(you looked at me and said you couldn’t see anything with all the smoke from the fireworks!!) I originally wasn’t planning on attending another show though I wanted to, however after my parents flight back from Houston was cancelled they got airfare credit to use again and for my birthday surprised me by allowing me to use their credit to attend another show! I am so grateful to be attending another show, to be able to travel out of my state, and especially to be celebrating my birthday at the show! While my birthday was October 1, I still plan to count the show as a birthday celebration! Someone who is helping me out in being able to make this trip to another show possible is Callie( @trechreous )! She is also attending the show in PIT L and is letting me stay the weekend at her house! Without her giving me a place to stay I truly wouldn’t be going because despite mostly free airfare, it would be too costly to stay plus attend the show. The only thing is we aren’t sitting together unfortunately since I bought my tickets late. Well if you couldn’t already tell by my blog name or anything, my favorite song ever is Enchanted and I never got to attend the SNWT so when you brought it back in a mashup with my favorite song from 1989 I freaked out! Ever since after the Gillette shows I’ve had this costume in mind but didn’t have another show to be able to wear it but now that I’m attending Arlington I can finally be enchanted lol! This costume also will have lights, I just haven’t gotten around to putting them on before taking these photos! And yes the writing(font) on the poster is yours and it took forever to cut it out in glitter!! I really hope I can finally give you a hug after the show, meeting you would honestly be the best birthday gift ever! Also if you don’t mind singing State of Grace at this show I would love love love it. It’s one of my favorite songs on Red and also like it’s fall and everyone knows Red is a fall album so. This is also my first trip to Texas so I’m very excited to just be somewhere new!! I cannot wait to be seeing you one last time before the tour leaves America and hopefully meet you as well and tell you just how much you’ve shaped my life for the better! I love you so much, see to soon! Again, I’ll be in FLOOR Q ROW 23 SEAT 5. @taylorswift
I have no words to express how thankful I am to Ali from Taylor Nation for upgrading my mum and I to front row by the catwalk last night.
Mama Bev started hyperventilating when Ali brought out the tickets and I couldn’t stop hugging her. Mum and I climbed to the very back row of the stadium to give our original floor seats to a father with his seven year old daughter who was there for her very first concert.
In all honesty, I think I was more emotional taking this father and daughter down to their new seats than what I was being upgraded. That’s what this is all about, making others happy and in turn being happy for them. I will never forget the look on little Sophia’s face from her new seats.
My feet are broken, I have no voice, there’s fireworks residue in my hair and I’ve had no sleep all week but I wouldn’t change a thing.
Nothing can touch me when I’m at a @taylorswift concert and I had the night of my life. She cares about her fans so much that she makes this sort of thing happen for us.
Thank you Taylor Nation for all your hard work this tour. From the bottom of my heart, I want you to know how much this meant to my mum and I.
I’ll never be able to express how much we appreciated this.
