Rotokauri Triptych. August to October 2011. Made on an iPhone using PhotoForge2 and Pixlr-o-matic, Bracketeer and HDR Pro. What a revelation, I learned Photoshop on a Macintosh Quadra 840 AV (a great work horse in it’s time), that phone would easily be more powerful than the Mac.
Lake Rotokauri. This lake is being restored, reeds and other native flora planted on its shores to protect it from run off from the surrounding land, a lot of work has been done. This composite photo is a comment on the state of the many shallow peat lakes throughout the Waikato
Rotokauri Triptych, 2311. The other work I hung in this Sandz photography exhibition. These tree were shot, composited and filtered on the iPhone 3GS. The exhibition has been the reason the Past and Future Journal has been a bit quieter lately. I will post the images from this exhibition (and some that didn’t make it) before too long.
