just curious, how did you become such a popular blog? also, are you the creator of that respecting women juice meme?

It’s probably due to the fact that I’m like a capitalist when it comes to fandoms. I.e:

-I joined the fandom when it was small

-I made a name for myself with headcanons and memes

-I cannot emphasize enough the importance of memes people on this site blindly love them (me included tbf)

-Memes got me a lot of notes and then followers

-I basically started a monopoly on Voltron memes by sheer virtue of churning them out every single day, to the point that I was a constant presence in the tag (leading to even more exposure)

-My constant supply of memes coupled with my ever growing follower base led to me becoming well known in the fandom

-Repeat with next fandom

“Hey guys-”

Jack: Yeah! He goes to our high school (he’s a year older)
Jack: And yeah, he helps me with my homework sometimes

What're your reasons for choosing the name Seraphina over Emily Jane? I'm team Seraphina all the way, I'm just curious as to your reasons 😊

Actually, you know, it’s two reasons:

1. Emily Jane wasn’t canon early on and didn’t exist when the Rise of the Guardians and Guardians of Childhood fandoms first came about. In fact, Emily Jane didn’t exist when these fandoms were at their most popular. Which meant that other names needed to be found. People made up quite a few names, but it circulated heavily in the fandom that Joyce may have been leaning towards ‘Seraphina’ as a name for Kozmotis’ daughter - he was asked about this, since fandom really wanted to know the name. Since his name was Kozmotis in the first place, and they lived on Lune, and it was a celestial golden age, ‘Seraphina’ - which has its roots clearly in Seraph - a celestial being made sense, no? When Seraphina was circulated, no one really questioned it.

So it got picked up as being a commonly used name in the fandom. And by commonly, I mean hundreds of fics on AO3 and Tumblr where no one used anything else. Since I was active during the fandom’s most active years, I did what everyone else did, and it felt natural.

2. When Emily Jane came out later, I can understand the sentimental reasons for Joyce choosing this for the Guardians of Childhood, but I personally feel it doesn’t fit my headcanon for anything to do with Kozmotis Pitchiner and his lineage. It was also an extremely delayed reveal. By then, many of us as authors had written hundreds of thousands of words about a girl named Seraphina, fanartists had put in hundreds to thousands of hours of time for a girl named Seraphina.

And finally, this:

while on his travels, the-king-frost stumbled upon a lost little girl glimmering like a shadow caught in between two lanterns, crying, begging for her daddy to come home. King, feeling the girl was some betwixt creature caught in reality and a memory, he took her into his arms, covered her cold and naked body with his coat and gently shushed her, promising that together they would find her father. but just as soon as her tears melted and re-froze in his sweater, the girl dispersed like smoke and in the distance stood a taller woman. her hair was wild and as black as the Nightmare King’s. King held the empty coat. Confused, he looked up to the taller woman. their eyes met briefly–then, she was gone like wind itself had taken her.

Ooh! Have you tried quotes from Rise of the Guardians? That's a rather underrated movie, and I can definitely say that movie is amazing and full of amazing quotes.

I’ve done one so far! But I also did a screencap edit with it a while ago; I’m still really happy with how that Septiceye Sam turned out, tbh. :3

RotG is one of my all-time favorite movies, and I’d say it ties with Road to El Dorado as my second-favorite Dreamworks movie. :3 I’ll make a note to try to use some more quotes from it!

Who’s the better cook? *lol* Neither of them. Jack never learned and Hics is too busy tinkering to think about cooking. They mostly just order in

How do they live (apartment/house/loft)? Mortal AU: Apartment. RotG-verse: Ice-palace. HTTYD-verse: Hics’ hut on Dragon’s Edge together

Pets or kids? Boooth. I headcanon them to have three kids, one daughter and two sons. Then there’s the Snow Fairies that Jack is gonna aquire in the RotG-verse in my headcanon, as well as the dragons - above all else Toothless of course - in the HTTYD-verse (in a mortal AU, Toothless is a black kitten)

How did their families react to their relationship? Stoick is super-proud that his son literally landed a god (Jökul Frosti, in the HTTYD-verse) and generally happy for Hiccup’s happiness in all other verses, Nick is very excited and pleased that Jack finally found happiness, Toothiana was already on board the moment she met the dragon with retreatable teeth, Aster despite always giving Jack a hard time is actually super protective and now gives Hiccup a hard time without Jack noticing, Sandy does the same (we all saw how dangerous the happy little guy can be if he wants to), Toothless kinda adores Jack

Who proposed and how? Hiccup, during a sunset-flight with Jack, all romantic and cheesy and adorkable

Best addition to the ship to make it an OT3? Jamie Bennett
