Vintage 40’s Bathing Suits

This weekend was both Dapper Day at Disney World, as well as the weekend before Austin and I’s anniversary, so it was pretty special! Dapper day was amazing as ever. Everyone looked so great, and I had the chance to meet a few people here on tumblr! We dressed as a dapper Tod and Copper from The Fox and the Hound, which was a lot of fun. I found the perfect little vintage accessories for us, a gold fox brooch for myself and a hunting hound tie pin for Austin, and they definitely pulled everything together. On Sunday we spent the day at Epcot. I was particularly excited to “drink around the world” as I hadn’t done that yet, as well as ride Maelstrom for the last time before they convert it to the Frozen themed ride. And one of the best parts of the weekend? My wonderful anniversary present! Austin got me the beautiful Disney castle print dress from Pinup Girl Clothing that I have been caught up on for ages! I couldn’t believe it, it’s even more beautiful in person. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend, and I couldn’t be happier.
