Noms! Homemade Paleo Banana Chips 🍌 This was my first time trying to make them and it was a success! ✔ These are a great alternative to the banana chips that are fried in canola oil. 1 C whole wheat flour
1 C coconut flour
2 eggs
4 egg whites
½ C stevia
¾ C applesauce
3 C grated carrots
2 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp baking powder & baking soda
2 C chopped walnuts
Combine wet & dry ingredients separately. Stir/mix in fully. Stir in walnuts. ((MIGHT have to add in a splash of almond milk & EW alternating until spreadable consistency.))
#Protein “Cream Cheese” Icing
2 scoops vanilla whey
Splash almond milk
8 oz Tofutti cream cheese (softened)
½-¾ C plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla & almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
Combine. Refrigerate until cake is finished baking. Spread!!

😍My pre-workout go-to.😛

Great with any flavor whey or casein protein

I choose whey pre/post workout and casein before bed time.

Blend:
➡ 1 cup coffee
➡1 serving whey protein
➡1/2 cup almond milk or water
➡Handful of ice

Optional: If you have access to an espresso maker or coffee shop nearby, sub 8 oz of coffee for 3 shots of espresso on ice.

Really easy! I reccomend using GF brown rice Rice Krispies, I started to make these before I checked if I had any left so I had to use rice cakes crumbled up instead and they were a little soft! Simply ½ c protein powder (I used cellucor corfetti cake batter) 2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tbsp pb28foods High protein almond butter and 7 vanilla stevia drops. Mix all together then add 1 c Rice Krispies. Coat and press into pan or moulds and stick in the fridge for an hour
