Roasted Herb Potatoes
Okay! Sorry, I meant to upload this days ago but my computer was being a POS. Here we go!
Preheat your over to 350 degrees. Then you’re gonna need some red potatoes, a knife (I like to use my big one because it’s more fun, okay???), a cutting board (mine is stained, I use the unstained side…) and a large bowl.
Wash the potatoes. Get them nice and clean. Then cut them into eighths (or fourths if you are using smaller potatoes) (also pen is there for comparison)
Be sure to cut off any nasty parts!
Put all the chunks into the bowl. Cover them in olive oil, salt, garlic, and a variety of herbs. I use the generic “Italian herbs” mix.
Toss them until they are nicely and thoroughly covered. Get a cookie sheet and cover it in tin foil. Then spread the potatoes evenly over the sheet. Bake them for 20-25 minutes.
Delicious!!!! These were seriously amazing.
They make a good side for a lot of things. I ate these with steak. They also go really well with my chicken :)
