Semi official map of Oakmist (still need one more villager and the camp/cafe) but I used the map editor for the first time & made my town “bigger” by getting rid of the right side beaches. And successfully moved the island storage bin to get my dock back in a normal place yayyyyy

Hey, I heard Benedict Cumberbatch said some shitty things about trans and autistic people and wanted to ask you, whether you know something about this? I just want to educate myself, you know.

In SiB, we discover that Mrs. Hudson keeps her rubbish bins outside (and just underneath) her kitchen window. We know that because we get a brief flash of something falling past that window (the CIA agent Sherlock just threw out from upstairs) and we hear her say, “Oh, that was right on my bins!” We also know that Mrs. Hudson has a back door that leads into her kitchen. We saw Sherlock come in that door just moments later in the same episode.

We know that there is no gap between her building and Speedy’s next door. To get to those bins, or to get them out to the kerb for pickup, she would have to use her back door. Pickup is most likely in the back alley behind the row of buildings.

So, this begs the question of why Mrs. Hudson was carrying rubbish out the front door of her flat, into the hall where John and Sherlock were asleep on the stairs, on “stag night”? Was she going to walk around the entire block of buildings to get to her bins?
