Sunday October 18th, 6:00 pm

I think that you should do whatever you like, be a slut, run around naked, crash your car if you want to, pick your neighbors flowers.
as long as whatever you’re doing makes you happy.
that’s all that really matters
you’re not here to please anyone but yourself
we live and learn, we make mistakes - we grow
that’s our job
apologize, be kind
but that’s all part of life
in 20 years time you’ll appreciate all the things you did, instead of what you didn’t do
be brutally honest, you feel that way for a reason

I think that society these days are so wound up about what you do and where you are, and everything going on around in this weird little world, where as we should take more time for ourselves
it’s not being selfish,
it’s owing your body what it deserves

no one cares if you don’t go to the party
and if you do
I dare you to just walk out
guess what -
no one still cares

disappear for a week, maybe a month
no one will notice

drive your car so fast down the beach road that you can eventually taste the salty air against your lips
get out
run

keep running because now you’re free
you’re faster than the car,
you’re free

kiss the boy that makes you feel good about yourself
not that fuckboy

as long as you have one good friend, the 20 fake ones around you don’t matter

you’ll learn who the ones that used you were and you’ll be thankful that they’re gone

you are not what loves you, you are what you love

whatever happens, happens - just go with the flow

there’s a plan for you

don’t go against the earths energy

respond to every call that excites your spirit

leave the party, disappear, run, love.

stop giving so much of yourself away to other who don’t appreciate it

Why do we fight so hard to stay small. We are terrified of our bigness. Move toward that terror.

It’s your duty to respond to every call that excites your spirit
To eradicate the patterns that keep you stuck in your story
It’s our duty to feel joy, the highest vibration
because our vibration lifts the planet’s vibration. And the higher the vibration the deeper the peace, the more the healing. Its our duty to be bigger today than we were yesterday, and bigger tomorrow than we were today. And by bigger, I always mean, have the biggest heart, have the biggest courage. It’s our duty to love back this body that has loved us so much, that breathes for us in our sleep.

You know that gulp you get in your throat? You’re on to something. You’re on to YOU. You’re crossing a threshold. It’s your duty to go into the caves you fear the most. To walk up to your lions with love.
