This is how I save time, and make delicious food. 1) I wash and rip a bunch of greens then spin. 2) I keep greens in the salad spinner all week and use as I need. 3) I salute garlic and fennel seeds in olive oil, then add frozen cannellini beans and a few handfuls of greens.
