Revson started his F1 career in ‘4 without major results, he moved stateside again in '65 -mostly racing sportscars in the USRRC & Can AM series combined with Trans Am & appearances at the Indy 500- in '72 he returned full-time racing for Yardley McLaren scoring 4 podiums in '73 he got 2 victories (Silverstone & Mosport)
Revson was killed at Kyalami, when his car crashed due to a front suspension failure he his the last American born driver to win a Grand Prix
