Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes. Great on it’s own. Served these with Grilled Strip Loin Steaks.. Amazing!

Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes


1 lb Red potatoes, small to medium size, quartered

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsp Garlic Powder or 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped

¼ tsp each Fresh Cracked Black Pepper & Sea Salt


Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, toss the potatoes and all ingredients together until well coated. Place on the baking sheet cut side down and roast until the skin is golden and crisp outside and tender inside. About 25-35 minutes. Enjoy!
