Thank you for the reblog yesterday! We love We Need Diverse Books, and Rediscovered is doing everything we can to inform Idahoans about the movement. We appreciate what you're doing and we think it's so important for the industry. Read freely! Read diversely!

Rediscovered Books is excited to announce we are EXPANDING! Lux Fashion Lounge is moving to a new, larger location on Idaho St, and we are combining our spaces to create a newer, larger, better bookstore. Portland musician Nick Jaina reading from his book, Get It While You Can. He has recorded a live looped guitar part to play under him while he reads. Very cool. #independentbookstoreday #bookstoreday #rediscoveredbooks #rdbooksexpansion #nickjaina

A HUGE thank you to Anthony Doerr for a wonderful event and congratulations on your 2015 Pacific Northwest Book Award win! Tony signed & chatted with fans for 2 ½ hours. What a trooper! “Part of what you are selling is your passion and expertise… You cannot buy that and you cannot replicate that. We’re not in the widget business; we’re in the stories business.” -John Green fishingboatproceeds
