red pepper dip

After walking almost 9 miles today (I sold my car!! hooray!!) I am SO READY for these wraps! 🙌🙌 Everything is from Trader Joe’s:
organic spinach and romaine (bagged), shredded carrot (also bagged), plenty of cilantro, a spoonful of roasted red pepper dip (with eggplant and garlic), and a drizzle of sriracha. I’m trying new things this time! The red pepper dip was so-so, I was not impressed with the flavor but I like the color (thanks to those roasted red peppers!). I’m also trying the Ezekiel sprouted grain tortillas for the first time. They are lower in oil and high in protein, so I wanted to give them a try. They are tasty but not as flexible as my favorite chile onion tortillas, so I wasn’t able to build extra wraps for later 😕 These just don’t hold up. They are also more expensive ($2.69 for 6 compared to $2.49 for 10 of the chile onion tortillas), so I think I’ll keep using the chile onion ones! Just wanted to let you know! 😋
