Daily reminder:

It’s ok to eat before you workout.
It’s ok to eat after you workout.
It’s ok to eat on a rest day.
It’s ok to eat before bed.
It’s ok to eat breakfast.
It’s ok to eat when you’re hungry, no matter what time it is.
It’s ALWAYS ok to eat.

you are strong in spite of it.

tell the illness that there are thousands of illnesses just like it.

tell the illness that it is not romantic or beautiful.

tell the illness that it cannot define you.

Reminder: Recovery is different for everyone. Some people may benefit from DBT-based therapy, some people need medication, some people may work best with art therapy, and others may need a mix of everything. What’s important to remember is that recovery is personal and everyone and there is no standard way to heal. You are worth doing what if best for you.

being an addict is the most terrible life style,
I smoke meth regularly but in case you don’t know. it is a synthetic drug created in a lab. it’s not from a plant like cocaine.
the main ingredient is pseudophedrine found in cough syrup. added with toxic ingredients like:
-battery acid
-drain cleaner
-lantern fuel

every batch is different & cut more/less than the other. it eventually makes you go literally retarded if you don’t stop. if you’ve never done it, NEVER try it. not even once. you will live to regret it and had wished you listened to me. looking out for you all. xoxo
