On July 25, 26 and 27, all roads led to the Ritz CarltonHotel, Bangalore, the exclusive venue of the three-day extravaganza – the Nitesh Estates and HDFC, Home Carnival.  A signature event of the luxury Real Estate brand, Nitesh Estates, the event showcased Bangalore’s most desirable homes comprising premium condominiums and luxury villas starting from Rs 45 lakhs to Rs 20 crores across 20 properties. This was the first such event held by Nitesh Estates since its inception in 2004.

Nitesh Estates is responsible for many of South India’s most recognized developments. From Homes to Hotels and from Office Buildings to Shopping Malls, Nitesh Estates projects exemplify superior quality, attention to detail and perfection in all aspects.  Nitesh Estates also has to its credit a series of firsts – the first to win India’s largest corporate housing project (ITC Limited), one among the first few to attract FDI in real estate (Och Ziff and Citigroup are among its partners) and the distinction of bringing to India the Global Luxury Chain - The Ritz Carlton Hotel and setting up its first property in Bangalore on Residency road.

The Home Carnival event started with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Senior General Manager & Regional Business Head, Karnataka and Goa, HDFC, Mr. S N Nagendra; Executive Director and COO, Nitesh Estates, Mr. Ashwini Kumar; Executive Director, Nitesh Estates, Mr. Vaidyanathan L S; Vice President, Customer Service, Ms Prema Ram and EVP and Head, Sales and Marketing, Mr. Pradeep Narayan. The guests were also escorted through a special tour of the venue, the Ritz Carlton Hotel, a Nitesh Estates venture.  A perfect sanctuary for the business and leisure traveler, the Hotel features 277 luxury rooms and plush suites, a spacious Ritz Carlton Club lounge, state- of- the- art conference venues, international dining options, internationally renowned salon and spa and more. Says Ritesh Naik, a visitor to the event: “The range of residential homes to choose from was simply amazing, apart from easy home loan options from HDFC. In such a scenario, anyone would be tempted to book a Nitesh Home. And that is just what I did, though I had been putting off the decision for sometime now.”
