It’s finally done!!

Funny thing is that I doodled this comic out on valentine’s day and just never did anything about it. But then recently I got a bunch of followers who liked my cheerleader+nerd girl ideas so I thought I’ll finish this comic out for you guys!

Also they have names now!

Valerie (cheerleader) and Emma (nerd). I want to think of an official series title for them but nothing is coming up at the moment but I will eventually!

  • *Sitting in the living room, reading a book*
  • *Makes sad, emotional noises*
  • Me: Sorry. It’s just that people are fighting and I’m like, guys please just get along because I love you all so much and it’s making me sad
  • Friend: *In absolute sincere, sympathetic tone* I really hope they work everything out.
  • Me: You say that like you’re talking about real people.
  • Friend: It doesn’t matter if the characters are real. Your emotions are real.
  • The emotions are real even if the characters aren’t.
  • This is important.

Other people: do you like space?

Me: *a known Whovian*

Me: *dreams of owning galaxy print everything*

Me: *travels hundreds of miles days before school starts just to see the moon go over the sun because it looks cool and is space*

Me: *studying planetary geology*

Me: *wants to work for NASA*

Me: *The Martian is my fav book and movie*

Me: “if it’s about space I will watch it”

Me: *has lots of shirts about space and sci fi*

Me: I may have a *small* obsession

I live in two worlds. One is a world of books. I’ve been a resident of Faulkner’s Yoknapatawpha County, hunted the white whale aboard the Pequod, fought alongside Napoleon, sailed a raft with Huck and Jim, committed absurdities with Ignatius J. Reilly, rode a sad train with Anna Karenina and strolled down Swann’s Way. It’s a rewarding world, but my second one is by far superior. My second one is populated with characters slightly less eccentric, but supremely real, made of flesh and bone, full of love, who are my ultimate inspiration for everything.
