readyandable

I took the picture to the left June 15th after my workout , now three months later I feel much better, endurance up and motivated to continue to stay on the healthy track. I’m happy with the progress & I’m just going to take things one thing at a time. Solely I want to be healthy, make it my lifestyle, and keep up with it. #TeamFit #ReadyandAble

4 Years

What motivates me? I have been asking myself this question for some time now and honestly I am not sure anymore.

I think I’m at my age where I am beginning to prepare myself for a life of solitude.

This moment is important as it will decide my next few years. Should I go or should I stay? Staying would mean being stuck in a life where my heart already abandon. Moving on is scary. I’m terrified that if I leave, I might regret it.

Nothing and no one is stopping me from leaving and that’s what is sad about it. Is that all I really need to stop me from leaving? No. It has be incredibly hard to turn down and give up. Right now, there’s nothing I can’t give up now. Call me selfish but I think that I deserve to prioritze myself for once.

We all miss opportunities. Opportunities to live better, opportunities to love someone, opportunities to forgive, opportunities to change. But you will get another chance! Be rest assured. You can keep dwelling in what was missed or you can be ready for the next opportunity when it presents itself.
