Ghostbusters: Raymond Stantz [ENFP]

Extroverted Intuition (Ne): Ray is bubbly, easily excitable and full of ideas. He is not concerned with the truth of the paranormal (like Peter is), but is rather concerned with the IDEA of the paranormal existing. He’s such a geek, that even as Peter gets attacked by a ghost, Ray starts freaking out over his theories being correct (they have an ACTUAL, real-life ghost existing, so who cares about a slime attack, when this discovery is absolutely amazing!). Ray has originated the ideas of ghost-busting, and the weapons used for it, although his belief in the paranormal stems from legends surrounding it (Si). He has a blithe, even rather clumsy, attitude, especially when interacting with his environment.

Introverted Feeling (Fi): Ray is emotional, though his feelings are sealed tight within him at all times. He pursues the paranormal, because that’s what he’s passionate about. He will protect the city, because he wants to save the lives of its people. Ray cares for his teammates, deeply, and will do whatever it takes to keep them safe. Rather than venting them to others, he acts on his feelings. Ray also seems to have a deep-seated hatred for those who don’t share a passion for ghost-busting, and is quick to call out Peter and Winston for this.

Extroverted Thinking (Te): Ray just gets it done. Goes with the flow. When he sees a wall, he just pushes through it. He isn’t awfully good at finding solutions to his problems (he looks to Peter and Egon for that), and he isn’t exactly able to keep a cool head in dangerous situations (Winston has the honors), but Ray can buckle down under pressure, and just overcome it all. His inventions are highly sophisticated and effective. Ray believes in teamwork, in overcoming all their differences to work together, and this results in the world being saved.

Introverted Sensing (Si): A little lost, with his head in the clouds, he may be, but Ray does have a little bit of sensibility in him, enough to warn Peck against pulling the lever. When asked by Winston, he is able to quote a passage from the Bible, word-for-word, and quickly link it to the sudden appearance of ghosts (that the meeting of the gate-keeper and the key-master will result in the end of the world, Judgement Day, the apocalypse - Ne). Ray does have some traditional ideas, and also has a very strong sense of duty and honor about him.
