YUMMY season is here! Finally persimmons are available :) If you never heard or tasted a persimmon I challenge you to take a chance and try some. Sweet, delicious persimmon fruits are rich in health promoting nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants that are vital for optimum health. This often overlooked fruit is growing in popularity as people become more open to exploring different tastes.
