- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ cup mushrooms
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 ½ cup quinoa
- 3 fresh oregano leaves
- 1 ½ cup water
- Salt, black pepper and italian herbs to test
