So what will you eat to help it do all that?” Farmer’s market days are the best days. 😛After eating some unhealthy vegan food today, I’m ready to get into this tomorrow👌🏼 The longer I eat like this, the more I only want fruit.🍉🍓🍊🍋🍌Got a box of bananas, three boxes of mangos, a flat of strawbs, five papayas, and 4 liters of sugarcane juice! Still need to get watermelon and greens🌱

Ka'kau Ha'as (Chocolate Banana) Smoothie Bowl ⚡️

Base:

4 frozen bananas
3 Medjool dates
2 tbsp natural unsalted PB
2 tbsp raw cacau
2 tbsp raw cacau nibs
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp maca
1 cup chilled water

Blend until creamy. Add to your fav bowl and top with fresh strawberries, raw granola (I used @Lonijane’s recipe), pomegranate seeds, more cacau nibs, coconut flakes and cacau dust.
