My favorite honey cacao porridge for breakfast this morning. Complete with fresh fruits, seeds, and a deliciously sweet whole wheat fig bar.

Eating clean is so easy.

Raw Vegan Tacos

6-8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves

2 small heirloom tomatoes (or 1 medium sized tomato), diced

¼ cup sweet corn

¼ bell peppers, diced

⅙ cup red onion, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 ½ tbsp raw pumpkin seeds, sprouted, dehydrated

1 ½ tbsp raw almonds, soaked, rinsed, and dehydrated

1 tbsp cilantro, chopped (to garnish)

Creamy jalapeño avocado sauce

Optional: Several wedges of a lime or lemon (to taste)

Place diced tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and corn inside of each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle garlic, pumpkin seeds, and almonds on top of veggies. Drizzle creamy jalapeño avocado sauce onto each taco. Garnish each taco with cilantro. Squeeze some lime or lemon on if desired. Enjoy! I love this 100% raw vegan dish. It is so fresh and tasty!

What a beautiful day for chia strawberry smoothie.

Coconut Açaí chia pudding
Half a cup of chia seeds
2 cups of coconut milk
2 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of pure organic Açaí juice.
Stir well.
Let it sit in the fridge for 4-8 hours (you can do this before bed)
add water if necessary in the morning to make sure the texture isn’t too thick.

Fill your magic bullet with
1.5 frozen bananas
5 frozen strawberries
2 figs
Hemp milk

Blend until smooth

Pour the strawberry smoothie into your
Mason jar first, then add chia pudding.

Top off with coconut flakes and cacao nibs.

In San Diego this morning and the weather is beautiful! Breakfast was chlorella honey ancient grain oats, soaked in hemp milk and topped off with berries, bananas, half of a whole wheat fig bar, hemp hearts, sweet coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds.
