Personally, I love snacking. Which can be an issue if you want to lose weight. But honestly I find the easiest option when trying to eat healthy is to replace your regular snacks rather than just trying to get rid of them all together and limiting the amount of snacks you have in a day but nevertheless have snacks! So I’ve just made my self a mango smoothie with frozen mango, almond milk, Greek yogurt and honey. 🌞🌻🍌🍍🍉🍓🥑🥝🥕🍋🍐🍎So simple and easy and better than picking up a cupcake or biscuit!!! 🍪
