60g fine oats , gluten free
2tsp carob or raw cacao powder
1cup tigernut milk (i used AMANDIN)
1tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp raw hemp protein
2-3 medium dried figs
1/2tsp maca root powder
fresh purple fig
cashew butter (i used TERRASANA)
raw food bar (i used PULSIN ‘maca bliss’)
raw buckwheat groats
raw cacao bean nibs
In a small sauce pan heat up the tigernut milk , add the fine oats , chopped dried figs and carob powder and leave cooking. Stir from time to time. When its close to the consistency you want , remove from the stolve and add the chia seeds , raw hemp protein ‘n maca root powder. Stir until it combines well.
Move to a bowl , add your toppings and enjoy.

Breakfast; rice porridge with banana, cinnamon, hemp seeds and maple syrup.
Something a bit different for breakfast today! I had some leftover cooked rice, so I poured a little oat milk in to the rice cooker with it and left it to simmer until all absorbed. Then, topped it with banana slices, cinnamon, hemp seeds and maple syrup. Surprisingly really delicious! ^_^
Breakfast this morning - a raw apple “granola”. :)
I chopped up three apples and topped with lots of rolled oats, cinnamon, a handful of pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs then poured over some unsweetened soy milk and mixed it all up. Feeling very Christmassy! :D
In San Diego this morning and the weather is beautiful! Breakfast was chlorella honey ancient grain oats, soaked in hemp milk and topped off with berries, bananas, half of a whole wheat fig bar, hemp hearts, sweet coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds.
Back from a beautiful long weekend. Feeling rested and energized. Made myself some honey drizzled ancient grain porridge with fresh figs, berries, buck wheat, seeds, and sweet coconut flakes for breakfast this morning.
