raw granola

Currently drowning in business assessment right but these @coconutbowls filled with vanilla, almond and blueberry nice cream are getting me through haha..

Blend up 6 frozen bananas, vanilla pod, blueberries and milk (I like almond but please, please choose non-dairy!!) and split into two bowls and throw whatever your heart desires on top (I chose coconut, dragon fruit, blueberries and granola 😍 )

Good luck to anyone who has school/uni assessment at the moment we can do this 💪💪💪

Full day of eating:
Breakfast: whole grain bread with 1) peanutbutter, almondbutter, banana and granola 2) avocado, lemon juice, salt, sesame seeds and mint leaves
Lunch: oat protein waffles topped with half a raw vegan chocolate bar, granola, mulberries, banana and peanutbutter (had 3 waffles in total)
Dinner: lentil sweet potatoe veggie stew with avocado
Dessert: 4 medjool dates stuffed with peanutbutter and the other half of my chocolate bar
Snacks inbetween (not pictured): an orange, two carrots and a handful of almonds :)

Salted PB banana nice cream topped with my delicious ‘Cacao Nut Granola’ and some other delicious essentials 🤗 Crunchy PB (I’ve always loved smooth but have been getting into crunchy 🙈), cacao nibs, roasted peanuts, the freshest strawberries, raw cacao sauce and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt!

Feeling really content tonight ☺️ Had this bowl after work while watching the sunset 🌅 The weather today in Sydney was gorgeous - the sun was out and there was a warm breeze. Blessed to be living in this beautiful part of the world 🙃

SOUR-SWEET smoothie bowl
with GRANOLA RECIPE

The sweetness from the granola and the sourness from the berries are the perfect combination to wake you up in the morning!

You will need :
1 1/3 banana, frozen
½ cup frozen berries
½ cup soya milk
1 tsp açaí powder, optional

Toppings:
Granola
Fruit
Nuts, seeds, coconut flakes

How to:
Carefully slice your frozen banana and blend it with the other ingredients in a mixer. Then topped it with granola, fruit or what ever you want!

RAW GRANOLA RECIPE

You will need:
½ cup raisins, soaked in hot water for half a hour
1 1/8 cup oats
1/8 cup buckwheat
¼ cup sunflower seeds
3/8 cup pumpkin seeds
Spices optional

How to:
Strain your raisins, than grind your oatmeal in a food processor until flour like constancy. Add buckwheat, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds (You could substitute the seeds for nuts if you want), (spices), raisins and pulse until everything is crumbly/sticky.
It will last two weeks in the fridge.

Açaí bowl

What you need:
1 frozen pack of açaí
1-2 frozen bananas
¼ cup non-dairy milk or apple juice
2 tbsp PB
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

Blend the above ingredients on high until smooth. Top with fresh strawberries, frozen blueberries, raw granola and desiccated coconut.
