Vegan Breakfast Parfait


  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cup non dairy milk
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup granola of choice


  1. Soak oats and chia seeds overnight in the dairy free milk in a medium sized jar (You want the oats to take up half of the jar). 
  2. The next day blend banana with the mango, leaving a few mango cubes left for the topping, then blend until nice and smooth. Pour on top of the overnight oats. 
  3. Top it all off with granola and some mango chunks and enjoy your healthy, filling breakfast!

🌿Green smoothie~ kale, lemon, clementine, frozen pineapple, frozen banana
Layered with oil free granola, + the freshest blueberries & strawberries

Mixed greens, arugula, cilantro, kale, red onion, tomato/ avocado/ NOODLIZED zucchini, coconut oil, lemon, hymalian sea salt and homemade dressing:::
~~coconut kefir, red pepper, fresh ginger/turmeric from Wolfgangs farm, garlic, and macadamia nuts ~~ topped with hemp seeds.

i have been absolutely loving this for breakfast, especially because it’s super simple and it tastes like CANDY!! hope you all had a great day!!

Christmas breakfast this morning was Mini Mango Smoothie Bowls, Fresh fruit plates and Sourdough toast with avocado & jams

4 bananas , frozen
1/4tsp cinnamon
2tbsp vanilla protein powder (i used purplebalance )
a splash hemp milk

 Freeze the bananas overnight. In the morning defrost them for 5-7 minutes. Put all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and process until smooth. Move to a bowl , add your toppings and ENJOY.

7-8 nanas
1/2tsp bourbon vanilla
a splash of almond milk
4-5 tsp cocoa bean nibs (added almost at the end)

 Process all ingredients in a blender / food processor , except the cocoa bean nibs. When the nice cream is ready , add them and process for a bit again until it is all well mixed.
