So I noticed that there was an ice cream truck parked around our workplace in the desert (or what we call “the field”), and it suddenly hit me…

There’s someone out there who’s willing to drive all the way over to the desert, in the scorching heat, just to sell ice cream to those who work in the area. That’s some dedication, and I highly support it.

Another thing is that it proves to me that ice cream bought from a truck is something not only kids can enjoy, but adults too. It’s something that I’ve always felt insecure about whenever I buy some ice cream when a truck is parked outside of my house. Best part about said truck? The owner is someone I’ve known for a long time. Back when I was a single-digit age, and living in another area. He still knows me after 15+ years, and we still smile and greet each other whenever we meet.

I’ll need to visit this truck one day while going out for lunch.

Got myself a new, smaller sketchbook. My talented mofo friend recommended that I get a Moleskine, and I gotta say, it’s pretty cool.

First sketch? Rain horse obviously. But it seems like my traditional art skills are a little rusty…
