One of my challengers posted this and I really love it. Here’s why: Love this, so true! Sometimes I feel like I’m not making progress, (absurd, I know, with a 60 lb weight loss, dropping caffeine and significantly reducing dairy and cutting out sweets) but anyway, sometimes I feel that way, and then miraculously, shortly thereafter I make a big leap in progress! Right now, I’m meeting my goal of consistently working out, so I’m building lean muscle (which is great on multiple levels)-metabolism, appearance, fights osteoporosis, etc -but as the weight loss slows, the inches still drop and and the clothes fit ever so much better and I feel fantastic, but it takes some getting used to at the scale. So my point is, just keep going! We don’t always realize the changes our body is making as we begin to exercise and eat healthy foods, but the changes are there. Notice how great you are feeling? It gets better and better! Then, when there is a lull, pull out this little gem, and keep going! #fitness #followmyweightlossjourney #keepgoing #pushmedaily #goals #fitmoms #fitfam
