Best time to EAT Carbs 😊

If you goal is to lose weight these are the times you should be consuming carbs:

🍞Breakfast

🍞Pre workout - 1 to 2 hour prior to training have Low GI eg Rice and Bread and 5-10 minutes before have High GI eg fruit and sugar.

🍞Post Training - for those hoping to gain lean muscle post training carbs aid your recovery and should be consumed 45 minutes to 1 hour after training .
