Love at first analysis

It’s almost impossible not to fall in love with every puppy you come across. But when it comes to guide dogs, pairing the right one to a blind or visually impaired owner requires much more than puppy love. I found out that Echo has been matched with her forever person.

I am crying and ecstatic because my dear little one did it. She has become a kickass guide and has been working with her person for almost a week. She has been matched with a friend of mine which makes this even more amazing.

This city kid will be moving to another large city and kicking butt riding public transit. She has made me so proud and I don’t really have the words to express my feelings.

Echo will graduate this coming Saturday so I am super excited to be flying out to NYC Friday.

So. To my little poodle who can’t stop, won’t stop: You did good. You are good. You are incredible.

I will see you soon.
