pumpkin danish


You may remember that I said yesterday that this would be made. Well, it’s currently being made.

We’ve now finished and sampled our Pumpkin Cream Cheese Danish (or Chumpkin Danish as I call it). We used the heavy cream rather than milk for the icing and, let me tell you. that makes all the freaking difference.  It tastes a bit like a pumpkin cheesecake with a whipped cream frosting. *swoons*

Also, as you can tell, I am NO photographer or baker for that matter. I just do my best.
